Great room size and bathroom and excellent location for walking to all main sites. The parking is close by, which is an additional plus. Great value for money!

Nice location and really nice room. Especially if you compare it with prices of other hotels in the city. The cleaning staff was super friendly! If you are a light sleeper, it might not be the perfect fit. The house is beautiful, but really old. Noises do travel, but I didn't mind that at all. Just bring some earplugs and you'll be fine.

Well located on a quiet street, very close of the centre of town. Our room was upgraded which was a really lovely gesture and massively appreciated!

We had a good night at this hotel. The staff was lovely and truly went above and beyond for us. We shipped our luggage while on a bike trip, and it arrived at the hotel a few days before we did, and they held onto our bags for us. The rooms were spacious, newly remodeled, and well-appointed. The A/C was working well! The location was great, right in the mix of the city but also a bit outside the hustle and bustle. We would absolutely stay there again. This hotel is a bit costly, which is why we didn't stay longer (even though we would have loved to!) Also I think they were having some issues the day we stayed because the "breakfast" was just a few pieces of toast and yogurts containers. I think some of their equipment was broken, so I'm assuming there's usually coffee and other offerings.

Helpful staff, nice room Could hear other rooms upstairs

Friendly check-in, comfy room with AC and coffee, great view of the arch. We had to leave before breakfast, and hotel kindly refunded that cost--we didn't expect that and didn't ask for it, We're impressed!

The location was great, in the city center, walking distance to everything you want to see, experience and explore. The rooms are nice, well equipped and clean. The staff was really nice and helpful. Hotel is small but has its charm. What didn't make the experience amazing, but only good, was the fact that you can hear people on the upper floor while walking in the room. Either the floors could be better isolated or sound proofing improved. I didn't mind the noise from the streets as it is a vibrant city area, which is what makes it charming.

The view from the window was absolutely beautiful. The hotel had an elevator, everything was very clean, and the location in the charming old part of the city made the stay feel truly authentic and special. Everything was great, no complaints.

Neighborhood is good and staff are cheerful and accommodating. Sleeping implement had more in common with a camping mattress or army cot than a hotel bed. The room above had a floor with no carpeting and no sub flooring with my room’s ceiling and their floor one and the same. Thus, the effect of stomping elephants. Harsh overly bright white light in a tiny Tokyo sized room. My window faced a major tourist and children’s school groups pilgrimage route to the castle. Thus loud conversation and cigarette smoke throughout the day.
