Very good staff and good customer service Nothing

hey particularly enjoyed the breakfast offerings at the hotel. The variety of options available, from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order omelets, was impressive. Each morning felt special, with a delicious spread that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. We visited this place on 26th of December 2024 and stayed 2 nights there. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean including the bathroom. Early check in facilities were also available and we loved the place a lot.

The location was ok, still 10 minutes walk required to reach the beach. The staff doesn't speak much English. The WiFi was not working properly. The worst part was the balcony, which it is not private to the room and the views were awful, not like the ones in the pictures.

Clean and comfortable bed, location is good, friendly staff No hot water in the shower but not too bad as it was warm. One particular staff who welcomed us when we arrived was not the friendliest but the others were nice.

Nice rooms, very clean place, near the restaurants and the beach, but far away enough to have a quiet night, quite cool rooms, even without AC (which we used anyway) The staff was friendly and there was always someone, but unfortunately they didn't speak much English, so communication was a bit difficult The double bed was quite small

Great location close to the beach, cafes and restaurants and the supermarket. Water sposrts and entertaining services are located on the beach as well. Everything you need if you came for resting by the ocean. The Uppuveli beach is one of the nicest on that part of the coast. The area is certainly more convenient and holiday-like that the city centre. The room was located on the 1st floor and we had our own entrance from the stairs to it. There wasn't much of the view from the room, the window was covered due to privacy/security reasons, but I was only sleeping there so not a big deal. The view would be for the surrounding homes anyway. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The AC was working nicely. The bathroom was ok, although it is simple shower without curtains I saw many times during my stay in Sri Lanka. Good value for money for staying close to the beach. The area of the property was nice, always clean and the gate kept closed. It's close to the main road but quiet. The breakfast was ok but nothing sophisticated. The staff wasn't rude however there was just the feeling that you are not welcome there somehow. We did a homestay before this place before in SL and I feel the vibe difference, but it doesn't impact the overall experience too much. I was more worried this place does not have any recent opinions both here and on Google, even the rating is perfect. It turned all good.

The inn is well located, near bars and restaurants and less than 10 minutes away from the beach and beach food court. The personnel often it is not present in the reception and, when present, do not speak English and for every matter call what we think is the manager (who we have never seen nor met). For what concerns the structure itself, it appears to be very neglected, with dirty walls and mold. The bed sheets and towels were damaged and dirty upon our arrival. The bed in one of the rooms was partially broken and not comfortable. The AC was either full speed or off. Most and foremost, in one of the two bedrooms the toilet seat was full of mold and we had to advance the request to change it, otherwise we would have to cope with that. The breakfast was below average.

Wonderful hosts who looked after us very well in July. Great breakfast and also so helpful with other things you may need. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom which they kindly cleaned again when we extended our stay. Nice comfy beds Nice bed linen, towels and all things that make room nice. 2 good showers. The BEST PLACE to stay in Trincomalee ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mr. Raja who is the person incharge, is an awesome guy who helped us a lot exceeding the expectations...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Definitely we will come back again!!!
