Our meals were great. The hotel organized cars for our trips which were both good, I was having a lot of trouble making a plane booking on my phone and asked if I could either use a computer or someone could assist me with this. Despite having the tour desk right beside reception with a computer and reception was not busy no one was prepared to assist.

The property was as expected, no bad surprises. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food at the Veg restaurant was really good. The price matched the property and the services, and it is an absolute bang for the buck. Location is perfect and you get everything within an accessible distance. The cable tv streaming was terrible, as it had static disruptions throughout our stay, probably an issue with the cable service provider. We did not mind because cable channels were not a necessity for us. The wifi speed is also too slow, as it is all across the state, probably good wifi in hotels is still not mainstream in Kerala.

Rooms were big and comfortable and location was close to eateries and transport to nearby places. Could hear voices for the room next door. The bathroom does not come with hand held shower. Also the bathroom floor tends to get wet from the spillage of water when showering. Could not connect to wifi so was offered dongle which resolved the issue.

Nice, clean & spacious Room. Location was excellent. connectivity is really good and if you travel via rail this is one place to look for. Staffs are really good and they are well trained professionals. facilities - TV, minibar, coffee & tea, Ironing option, safe locker, etc all are good to have features and it helped. A/c (air condition) was not turned on and the room took around 2 hours to cool down (i checked in to hotel at night 11.00 pm). Every time you go out the a/c stops and it turns on only when you arrive at the room and this was a problem as the time taken to cool the room made me feel uncomfortable (peak summer season made it worse as you will be still sweating for a long time). If this is sorted, then this hotel is all good to go for.

Good location..we went for Aattukal Pongala. They helped with all arrangements. One of our room had some problems with toilet flush and shower..There was no fridge in the room.

Very comfortable stay, very central location, staff were extremely attentive, everything seemed clean and hygienic. The hotel is well managed and run properly, I have come to learn this cannot always be taken for granted in India. Bathroom was fine, but could probably do with some remodelling before long. It wasn’t unclean just maybe getting to be a bit tired, some paint and a few other touch ups would help.

Friendly staff, clean environment and rooms, safe, great breakfast. Small bathrooms, we had to ask for amenities such as bath mat, toothbrush, soap to be delivered to our room.
