Location is Excellent. Next to Railway station and easy to move around Old and smell of pesticides. Cockroaches around. Also bathroom need to be renovated

The amenities in the bathroom was broken.. No soap holder.. Small bucket.. Small mug...

All are ok, but u have to flexible for check in timings. Check in timing should be 24 hrs service. Those who are coming morning by5 am or 7am. U have to provide rooms andcheckout would be 7 to 9 am next day. Passengers can't wait for your check in timings of 11 am to 2 pm.

The location is good , easy access to get around the city. Staff are unprofessional and have no manners and hospitality, lots of staff are unnecessarily standing everywhere and busy with their personal things. Nobody is focused to guests, I felt very uncomfortable and insulted. Non of the staffs are approachable. All the staff are with serious faces and I couldn't see a single smiling face....The room was dirty, dirty bedsheets, found too many hair on pillow covers, found urine on toilet cover... When I inform everything to reception, I felt insulted and the lady in reception was very rude at me.... Anyway a house keeping staff come and change 2 pillow covers...... We will never come again.
