Abaton Luxury Resort

The hotel emailed us a few hours before check-in on the arrival day to cancel our reservation due to overbooking. As we were on a day tour, we did not check our email and only discovered the cancellation upon arriving at the hotel. When we contacted them, the hotel read our messages but did not reply or offer any assistance. We had to urgently book another accommodation nearby. NOT RECOMMENDED ATT ALL!

Ubicaition Everything I liked

Cleanliness was very good and it was located near the center of Tsilivi. The apartment was good but, not a luxury resort... Some details are needed to be considered a luxury resort. The room servie was not really a room service. It was a service similar to Uber Eats, not a room service form the resort. This is not a resort but just some apartments to be rented. And for sure to call it luxury resort many services needed to be add. This is just a number of apartments (good apartments don't get me wrong) well located if you like to be in the center of the action (restaurants, bars, etc), but it is not a luxury resort.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They ran me to the airport on my dayvof departure. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Really nice hotel and nice staff! It was a wonderful holiday time In Zakynthos !

It was a comfortable, very standard hotel room. It was nice to have a terrace with a drying rack and chairs to have breakfast in the morning. It was also great we were able to check in early. The AC was very weak and you could not leave it on when you were away so the room would always get incredibly humid. It took a few hours every night for it to reach an acceptable temperature, which was the reason we slep rather poorly. It would have also been better of the office/reception was staffed in the suggested hours and we did not have to call to check in/out.

Very well positioned close to restaurants and supermarkets (right around the corner). The host is very responsive , friendly and ready to help with everything you ask. If you arrive by car you have parking space and you can also rent a car directly from Abaton as this service is also available. The location is also pet friendly and our small yorkshires enjoyed their vacation with us. If we will choose Zakynthos in the future for one of our vacations for sure we will opt for Abaton.

Modern, very clean room, amazing host Victor - we recommend this place to everyone. We rented a car and also a quad directly from Victor - all without any problems, he advised great places to visit on the island and was very accommodating during our whole stay. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants around Abaton, everything is in walking distance so you don't need car to to shopping, have a dinner or go to the beach. But we definitely recommend renting a quad to explore the rest of the island as well, we had beautiful vacation. ⛱️???

The hotel is new and modern. Everything is super clean. They clean the rooms every morning and fresh new towels. Location is great. (Beach and restaurants at your doorstep) The staff and Victor are amazing. We loved everything!
