Everyone in the hotel was very respectful and nice. Very helpful and supportive with anything you ask for. The hotel is amazing very comfortable with great pool.

Staff going above and beyond, super friendly and attentive. Swimming pool with different seating areas, not just your typical sun beds but instead different beanbags, loungers, chaise lounges etc. - very well designed! Fine dining restaurant on site with a tasting menu, wine cellar with private wine tasting The gym - very small with broken equipment, not what you expect in a 5* hotel

Location is ok, there is some good aesthetics in hotel and spa - live music till 22:30 screaming all around our rooms when we wanted to sleep: absolutely unacceptable. It’s a spa. The idea of having the live music till so late is just poor decision. Terrible money value. We were about to check out And leave despite losing money for 3 additional nights - pool food is anything below average, the wrap was gas-station level. Breakfast buffet options were overcooked - there was 1 particular staff member that didn’t have the patience to deal with anything or anyone. - they have a service to offer day tours. The day tour ended up going to a farm for local products to what I can only call the worst tour I have done in any of my visits to local farms / wineries/ producers. The family hosting us on the farm had zero carisma, poor communication skills, unplanned tour.

Spa facilities were the highlight of this hotel for us. Over all the hotel is a beautiful place. We had a room with a “private pool”, which was not private for the price, there was a 2/3 star hotel which was across from our hotel room which overlooked our pool / lounge area . Guests there for the week out on their balcony looking over! Secondly, sun was only partially on our pool/ lounge area, very disappointing. Same on the main pool, so one half of the pool was in the shade for the half the day & the other side on the 2nd half of the day! Not what you expect for a 5 star hotel & especially the price!

Excellent location. Excellent rooms. Excellent staff. The pool area is too Congested and did not like the beam bag sun beds. Pool area did not get the sun past 5. Which is ok with some People.

Stunning hotel, our stay was everything I wanted for my 21st, thanks for making it so special, had a full body massage, the most relaxed I’ve ever felt, everything was incredible. Staff go above and beyond.

A small and beautiful hotel, well laid out and close to the sea. The food was great as was the service and the facilities were fantastic. The focus of the property is very much on the pool at its centre and the surrounding loungers, so if that's not what you're after then perhaps not for you. But if mainly relaxing in the sun by the pool, in a very pleasant setting is what you're after then this will serve perfectly! There's no downside I can see to be honest! We chose a room with a private pool which was great and more by luck than judgement it was facing away from the property as opposed to facing the pool. Having seen the layout of the rooms and private pools etc, I am very glad we got the rooms facing outward as the ones facing the pool, didn't offer much privacy and you as well have just been poolside! A small niggle which we were unaffected by as it turns out!

The hotel is wow and the service is just double wowww thanks to the amazing staff. From the reception to the housekeepers, waiters, helpers,etc… everyone is smily and wants to please you ! Special thank you to Sarah and Maria who made our trip unforgettable ! Few slots for the parking

Experience to remember! Staff was absolutely amazing .. so friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again to this hotel in future. Locality is super, every meal was delicious. Decided to have a 8 course menu with wine pairing and absolutely loved it. If you want to explore around , locality is also very good and you are just few steps away from more places to eat. Everything was spot on.

The facilities, the room with the private pool, the restaurants, the spa, the whole concept is amazing, but the best of all is the fantastic staff!!! Always friendly, helpful and doing an extra mile to make our holidays unforgetable. We were very spoiled and the return back home was not easy. BTW the hotel is very close to the beach (3 mins walk distance), a plus for sea lovers ?. It would be nice to dedicate a special wing for smokers, to relax and enjoy your private pool is much better without the smoke of your neighbours.
