Good hotel with great staff! Alex was awesome!

Wow, what a great value! This is one of the nicest hotels we stayed at in Mexico and it is very competitively priced. It beats out the beach resort we stayed at for the second part of our trip. The amenities were amazing, great breakfast, a nice little pool to hang out in. The room was very spacious and modern. I like how it's layout to incorporate the balcony. The hotel is also very close to the main strip to get to shops, but far enough away to be not too noisy. It's definitely the rooster that woke us up early in the morning. It's not the hotel's fault and more of a zoning issue in the city of Tulum.

Lovely building with interesting architecture that made your stay seen private. Room was clean and everything worked well, though slightly dated- which we felt made it charming. We weren’t looking for a condo experience but a nice Mexican owned hotel. Staff was extremely nice - everyone Breakfast was rooftop as advertised so up three or so flights. Not a problem for us but be aware if you problems with stairs.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and considerate. The location was central, the room lovely and clean, and the breakfast plenty.

Location, service atmosphere

Parking, room size, room design, location very beautiful place. The only thing I will say and why I won't go there again is the Roosters around. I have a personnal issue with their morning chant. Other than that it is very nice.

I've stayed at this hotel before and absolutely would again! It was the perfect size room for my family and we loved the breakfast variety in the morning on the rooftop, it was nice to have options for eggs, oatmeal, pancakes, and the fruit was wonderful. The location is ideal with everything we wanted to do in town in under 10 minutes walking and everything we wanted to do at the beach/cenotes about 10 minutes driving. Also having access to the private beach at Diamante K was so great. I wish more potable water had been available. But honestly this hotel is such a dream we had a wonderful time.

The rooms were insane. Felt like we were in the jungle. The design was stunning and the rooftop pool was so relaxing. Nothing

Different than other regular hotels, but nice. Clean and well taken care. Good details on decorations. We located to convenient areas. Area not very touristic and pretty but well located. Unfortunately a hotel across the street very noisy. Tiny parking and tiny pool. Hotel is good for 1-2 day no More. Not good for big family. No elevator and no accessible for handicap if needed.

Everything! Room was exceptional, breakfast was lovely and location was great - we used it as a base to travel around, so having the parking spaces was very convenient.

A very nice small hotel (12 rooms I think) in central Tulum. Our room was modern, clean and quiet. Good value for the area and a short walk to the bars and restaurants. They are affiliated (owned by) a hotel and beach club on the coast. You can go there for the day but as it is in a national park the Mexican Government will charge you about £16 per person to go into the park. You'll need a taxi to get there. A couple of things that could be improved. There is no shade at all (no umbrellas) by the small pool area on the roof. There must be some shade provided. The coffee at breakfast is not great - from a large flask type container. Perhaps get a coffee machine ??

Breakfast was great. Freshly prepared fruit, and choice of pancakes, omelettes, etc. Simple but freshly prepared. The swimming pool is more like a plunge pool. Good to hang out, but not really a swimming option. It is well placed for downtown Tulum, but it is a cycle to beach. Taxis are very expensive.

Decoration Far away access to the beach.

Hidden gem in Tulum downtown. Elegant with comfortable rooms. Poor breakfast. Staff kind but not always present and attentive. Rooftop pool very small
