Rooftop swimming pool very large rooms with great showers Wouldn’t go on veranda didn’t look safe

Great spacious room, comfy and big bed, nice rooftop with pool. Tiny lobby, it was raining a lot when we had to check out, could not stay in the room and felt a little lost as we could not go anywhere.

- The staff was really nice and helped a lot with everything - It is located in the town center - Room was big - We always had hot water and nice pressure in the shower which is notable in Mexico The room felt kind of unfinished but this was totally fine for the cheap price we paid and it was still better than what we needed.

Roof top This place is definatly a good price but it happen so many problem during my stay that I dont recommend it. Neighbourhood very noisy, management not helpful, its a big places with lots of room so ya for sure , more problem!

Good location Bathroom is dirty. From the outside there is no sign of the hotel, it's very dirty and does not look appealing to go inside. There was water leaking down the front of the hotel

THERE'S LITERALLY NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT THIS COMPLETE CESSPIT There's nothing to like about this absolute disgrace of a hotel! If you're thinking of staying here, don't! I don't even know where to begin with how bad an experience this hotel is! Room was dirty and mouldy and stank! Don't be fooled by the photos, the reality is much much different! First there was no water at all, then far too much, as water literally poured from a room on 4th floor..flooding corridor on every floor below... this disabled and broke the electronic keypad entry, so I can't tell you how room would be for sleeping! My wife and I were locked out of room all night, as staff onsite firstly denied they were staff and then just said it wasn't there problem! Only other contact is WhatsApp number but you may as well bang head on wall because they either don't respond or just treat you abysmally... Situation was finally ended over 12 hours later when hotel finally paid local locksmith to break in.. since they have accused us of breaking door(even though they know my wife filmed them breaking door themselves) assaulting staff and leaving drugs in room...this is beyond a joke from these ignorant scamming scum! They refuse any sort of refund and now claim we left drugs in our room, that we're racist, xenophobic and commited gender violence, when in fact i was assaulted by a member of their staff!!... police were called by us on 2 occasions and all staff disappear like rats on their arrival, presumably they're employing illegal workers... this was the worst experience I've had in over 40 years of travel...do not allow these lying people to ruin your stay in Tulum..they take pride in doing this to people! No doubt there will be a ridiculous response to this from their joke 'staff' DO NOT BE FOOLED, YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT!!!! Also included photos of the "private jacuzzi" which was filthy and had a small amount of rank water!!!

Location was central Staff was horribly rude only wanted to give me one towel for the whole stay there is no stove or microwave as advertised there was stale dad water in the outdoor Jacuzzi that was attracting a lot of mosquitoes the place itself was not very clean they were bugs in the sink when I arrived the strip club across the street used up most of the parking so it was not guaranteed for me but I will find a spot in front of the hotel and I had a suspicion that they were coming into my room while I wasn’t there I have no proof so I’m not sure but either way I didn’t not feel comfortable or safe and would not want to go back

It looks nice at the beginning, Nice terrace with pool. In the pictures it looks like there is a kitchen. The fridge was removed, there was no stove. There was no cutlery, cups or glasses. There was only one chair for two people. But apart from that, we would overlook that. It smelled strongly of air freshener at the beginning, but after 2 hours it stank unbelievably of mold. All of our clothes smelled afterwards, if we hadn't had the air conditioning on it would have been impossible to sleep in it. It was loud as hell.

It was ok. The sex club in front of the hotel was not super nice with the music. The didn’t bring me my towel had to pay more for my dog than ourselves. The toilet seat was broken, the shower was not warm, the dishes were still dirty.

Good location. Had a rooftop pool which was appreciated. Rooms had fridges and microwaves too, which was helpful. Had no running water when we checked in, which was fine initially but the next day when we wanted more information regarding this, staff member was very uninterested in our concerns. Water did come back on but my shower was a thin trickle that didn’t improve at all over the three night stay. Did tell staff that I had no shower but nothing was done. Room didn’t have a remote for the air conditioning. So I couldn’t adjust to my liking. It was too cold and made all my bedding and clothes feel really damp. The room smelt kind of musty too, maybe for this reason. The booking website said the property had wifi. What is meant by that is the check in area has wifi but don’t expect any in the rooms. Had to sit in the front desk to read any emails. Not ideal for people working remotely.

Location was decent, rooms were nice. No running water in the mornings the last 2 days I was here.
