We had a truly lovely stay at Hotel Victoria in Turin. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making us feel so well looked after throughout our visit. The spa was a particular highlight — beautifully clean, relaxing, and very well maintained. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring Turin. We also really appreciated the breakfast team. They were attentive, friendly, and always on hand to make sure everything was just right, which made breakfast such a pleasant experience each morning. Overall, Hotel Victoria is a wonderful place to stay, with exceptional service, a beautiful spa, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Great hotel, attentive staff and amazing location. The spa is great and the breakfast was fantastic. Every area of the hotel is carefully decorated and curated. It's an old building but extremely well maintained and does not give the feeling of being as old as it is. Nothing, everything was great

Hotel was well maintained and chic. Breakfast was good with a varied selection and the ability to eat in the hotel's quiet courtyard Pool and spa had to be booked but that made them quiet with only a few people there. Location is just a few minutes from the main centre and shops, and 12 minutes walk from the Mol. Convenient location, but don't expect views from the hotel.

The hotel was presented in a fantastic way. Loads of spaces to relax with friends. The soa facilities were incredible. Staff extremely helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The location was close to all the main attractions Everything was great

lovely public interior spaces! Swimming pool and spa very nice. Great location. Quiet. Breakfast good and nice seating. Rooms nice and comfortable. h VERY ANNOYING to have to constantly re-sign up for wifi. Once you have been let in to the wifi system, you should just be let in. Staff could have been more patient and helpful at front desk. They were a bit nasty to us and I saw them be not helpful to others as well.

Everything is good - will definitely recommend it to friends and family. I really enjoyed the spa facilities and breakfast and I liked the room too. I am not sure if it is just my devices but the internet connection is very poor. I barely get a stable internet connection in my room and in the common areas. Other than that, I wish the hotel would consider changing the checkout time to 12 PM rather than 11 AM.
