I have stayed in many outstanding hotels throughout my life, but I can honestly say that this is one of the very best. From the moment I arrived, I felt as though I were living in a palace. The room was truly princely—beautiful, elegant, and impeccably appointed. What made the experience even more exceptional was the constant attention and genuine care of the staff. Their kindness, professionalism, and impeccable service made every moment feel special. This was far more than a hotel stay; it was an unforgettable experience. I sincerely hope to return very soon. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and so wonderfully cared for.

Great location. Staff were super helpful. Breakfast was not included but is free! And was very good. Bed is so comfortable and shower excellent. Nothing really - I struggled a little with the door system - it’s complicated!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Royal Palace Hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the city centre and many attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. My partner has limited mobility, and the reception team kindly helped us find a more suitable room with easier access, which we greatly appreciated. We felt very welcome and would happily stay here again when visiting Turin.

We were in room 606. I have trouble seeing how anyone can complain about this place! Customer service is superb. You have a Butler. Bed was comfy. AC was cold. Breakfast was delish. Free minibar (minus the champagne!), and we loved the location. Thank you for a fabulous stay! Not a thing!

The staircase. Professional service from Marco. The property is not really a hotel but rather a couple of suites around the corner from a related hotel. The room is not palatial but rather cave-like with a small cell-like window. The useable space is only c. 15 m2 with the remaining c. 10m2 consisting of a mostly useless long hallway. Excessive air freshener at the entrance to the suite was quite nauseating. Traffic noise made it unpleasant to keep the window open. Footsteps easily heard from upstairs. No armchair to relax in, only two tiny desk chairs. Water temperature in the shower was not constant.

Our room was beautiful and butler was as warm and welcoming as well as helpful The shower in our room could have done with bleaching as getting mouldy, car parking my car was so dirty from their car park I understand won’t stay completely clean but it was that dirty my sensors on my car wouldn’t work and had to get the car wash when we left

Very quiet and beautiful hotel in a great part of Torino. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast was great, but there are so many great options nearby that we usually chose to go out for breakfast, sit in one of the piazzas and enjoy our coffee there. no complaints

We stayed in the Royal Suite, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The hotel completely lives up to its name — the moment you step inside, you feel like you are in a real nobleman's palace. What impressed us the most: Atmosphere and interior: The stunning painted ceilings and historical luxury make you feel like you are in a fairytale. We took immense aesthetic pleasure in every single detail of our suite! Exceptional service: A huge, special thank you to the concierge, Mario. He is a true wizard! It seems there are simply no impossible tasks for him: absolutely all of our wishes were fulfilled instantly, flawlessly, and with incredible ease. If you are looking for a place where breathtaking palace beauty meets service that anticipates your every desire, this is definitely the place to be. We recommend it with all our hearts!

Great location. Very central. Beautiful old building. Room location teetered between being old Italian charming and lonely. Good breakfast but you have to cross the street to the main hotel.

Honestly the best stay in any hotel I’ve ever had.

The room was beautiful The gym was poor with very little useful equipment

Location This was the worst “5-star” hotel experience I’ve ever had. The walls are paper thin — you can hear everything from the rooms next door. The bathroom was poorly designed, the shower walls were dirty, and the water pressure was extremely weak. The room felt cheap and poorly maintained, more like an Airbnb than a luxury hotel. Breakfast was also disappointing and far below what you would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star. Completely misleading and not worth the price. I would not stay here again.
