The hotel is located in a quiet street of the historic center, so it is close to pretty much all major sights as well as the train station Porta Nuova. The room was very clean, light-filled and comfortable. Elena was a wonderful hostess: very friendly, very proactive and very efficient. She really made me feel at home. I had to issues with anything whatsoever.

Location was excellent, comfiest bed I have ever slept in anywhere , lovely owner , lovely location , would definitely go back there , everything was nice and clean , elevator in the building worked perfectly every time , easy access just a great place to stay definitely worth every penny
