Everything ok. Large and comfortable room. Bathroom left a lot to be desired. Very small and out of proportion to the room, not 5* level. Also there was a very bad "sewer" smell.

Very good location, historic well restored building No longer a “grand hotel” in terms of service. Service level equivalent to a Marriott Hotel, at best and may be I’m being unfair to the Marriott chain. No doorman, no assistance getting up the stairs to the hotel w/luggage, no concierge - all things I take for granted when a hotel claims to be “grand”. Pleasant but young and inexperienced front desk staff. Mediocre buffet breakfast.

There was a minor issue with the aircondition in my room, which was very elegantly dealt with via an upgrade. I regularly stay at the hotel, but they would have done the same for any guest. Very competent and pleasant staff.

Location in Turino is perfect for a weekend of exploring. The hotel is very dated and breakfast was disappointing.

Outstanding hotel, other hotels need to visit this one to re outstanding customer service. The only thing I do not want people to think this is a negative point. The staff at breakfast were too keen to clear your plate. But this is not a real issue as they were so helpful.
