The room was very clean, spacious and bed was quite comfortable. The shower was very tiny, with no hooks or caddies for soaps or shampoo bottles etc.

Staff incredibly helpful and friendly, they even brought us a kettle upon request. The place was clearly cleaned often and the breakfast was fantastic considering it was complimentary. right on the metro line for both the subway and the tram. no place to sit for a room with four people and no bar fridge

I have found good service from some of the staffs, but on the other hand some of the staffs were very bad. The cleaning, they haven't changed the towels, the bed sheets and some of the staffs were not able to prepare properly cappuccino.

Only that the neighborhood was quiet The room was claustrophobic There was a skylight that the remote was not we working was not informed about it could not get any fresh air after my request they put batteries The worst was that the door of my room was blocked Sunday night under rain at eleven I had to call and wait 45 minutes for someone to come and fix it temporarily The distance from center was very very far Next to the hotel a water reserve full of cellular phone antennas that totally affected my quality of sleep combined with the claustrophobia of the room Basically a ground floor prison cell

Tout à fait correct. Très bon accueil. L'hôtel est un peu excentré mais au calme et à 15mn du métro à pied. Parking sécurisé appréciable. Température excessive (fin octobre : chauffage) on est obligé d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Petit dej correct sans plus.
