The staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable & the hot water was good. The hotel is in a good location & was very quiet. The water pressure could have been better & there was a strange smell in the bathroom. But none of this was distracting from our stay.

In the middle of the city, right by the Market square ( never tasted so delicious straw- and raspberries). Good size room, comfy beds with soft pillows, fridge and safe in room. Great breakfast. The small window had been closed off so there was no way to get get fresh air in. Although the ventilation worked well it would have been great to open the separate, quite narrow window. A s all minus.Our room was on te 8th floor. I was a bit disturbed by the ninth floor bar above us after midnight. My husband heard nothing but i’m a very, very light sleeper

great room, very nice staff, 24hr reception, one of the best breakfasts we have had in Finland. Great location too The parking is a nightmare - the entrance is on the other side of the block, it is shared with a nearby supermarket so one has to go through it to get out and then go out and around again to reach the hotel.

Typical Scandinavian modern hotel with nicely appointed rooms. Plenty of space and good facilities. Nice breakfast, lots of selections.

A bit oudated but clean room, good breakfast and great location in the centre of Turku.

Nice staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, nice view. The beds where comfortable and the decor nice. In general a good experience. I was not a fan of the hours for the sauna. I was really hoping to be able to go to a sauna while in Finland, but the sauna was only open for women at dinner time (18.30-20), so i didn't get the chance.

The place of the property in the city was very good. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were great. The breakfast was very good. You could find a lot of delicous food. The room has air conditioner. The bathroom was very comfort and clean. Tv in the room was very good. The bed was large and comfortable. The view of the room was good. There was a department store next to the hotel. The lobby was very good with good coffee. If I go back to Turku, I would like to stay in this hotel again. The coffee in the breakfast could be better. If you came to breakfast at 8:45, the staff was removing break fast foods. The price was high. It is a hotel, so it would be more comfortable if you can have the breakfast until 9:30.
