AC Hotel by Marriott Tuscaloosa Downtown

A’riah was super friendly and helpful. She informed me of local cuisine and cultural happenings. It was nice being welcomed by her warm greetings during my stay.

Move-in day for my college girl and it was super close to campus and made getting back and forth easy.

In addition, the lobby area and the halls were also HOT. The people were very friendly and did their best to help but I won't be staying there ever again.

Great location to downtown. Great shopping and restaurant options at just a short walk from the hotel. Also the Mercedes Benz Amphitheater is only a 5-10 minute walk away. Great location if you are looking for a quick weekend getaway or going to a concert like we did.

Breakfast was not great but the room was clean, the ac went down to 65 and the staff was nice.

I loved the location and the idea of the rooftop bar with the views I didn’t like the cleanliness of the hotel and the amenities but was still charged like I was staying at an over the top hotel.

Room needed deep clean. Moldy shower, and generally not very clean.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was good. Hotel was modern. We requested towels since I wasn’t no aware our stay didn’t include daily housekeeping and they were very accommodating in getting us towels quickly and the manager followed up saying that our stay has housekeeping every other night. Staff was super nice. The room was clean and modern minus the shower. We went to check in at 5:30 and the room wasn’t ready. They called us around 6:30 that it was finally ready. The floor in the shower was dirty and the shower had mold. There is no daily housekeeping. Just every other day with the 3 night stay. The carpets in the hallway need to be cleaned. Wish breakfast had more options.

I didn't buy it It looked like the breakfast was too pricey for what you get. Also, the blackout curtains in my room were partially open and I couldn't get them either open all the way or closed. It made sleeping more difficult. The hall carpet was badly stained.
