Room needed to be cleaner! Not all hair cleaned up in bathroom and cockroach remains on the floor. Staff was nice but like I said…they need more help

Ariel at the front desk was the best! She was cleaning rooms and checking in people, doing 2 jobs at one time. She always had a smile on her face and never made the customer feel her stress. She deserves a promotion. Rooms smelled. Air conditioning leaked on floor causing carpet to be wet. Hall ways very hot and humid. Breakfast was horrible and minimal.

We love staying here when we are in Tuscaloosa. Great service and great stay.

We chose the hotel because we could easily walk to the Amphitheater.

Check in was delayed. The room and hotel in general was not very clean. Needs updating. Limited breakfast options.

Second time staying here & both times the mattress was saggy and had no support. Seemed just worn out. No AC in halls - stuffy & stagnant air. Nice staff…the place just needs to be kept up in maintenance and upkeep for the price per night.

Housekeeping never came to give fresh towels the unit was filled with termites. One of our beds were broken and a dog or cat peed on the room floor.

It was a great trip. Clean and friendly staff.

Our stay was outstanding we couldn’t have been at a better hotel. This hotel was super clean, comfy, beds were like sleeping on Cloud-9 lol & the breakfast was D-E-L-I-C-O-U-S!!! Thank you to the most welcoming staff & great amenities. We will definitely stay here again when we are traveling for our softball tournaments. Thanks again Home2Suites

Great room, great location(few minutes walk to the downtown area for food/drink), great staff, great AC, large smart TVs, nice seating area in the king room. Indoor pool looked nice, didn't use it, car park right outside(free). The staff we met at check in/out were great. I cannot think of the ladies name but Cedric is a great guy. Very quiet rooms, hotel was very busy(storm chasers and BAMA registrations) and you couldn't hear a sound through the walls. I'm not really sure if there was anything except for new hotels attraction to sliding/pocket/barn doors in hotel bathrooms. They don't close well so if you know what I mean you know what I mean.
