Terrible customer service. We had a great experience until I accidentally left something in the room. After a week, I had a friend who lives there pick it up and send it to me. The level of ignorance and incompetence did not leave me with any faith that they could use the mail correctly. I was genuinely afraid if left in their hands that I may never see my items again. Also, they feel it appropriate to operate without a manager for 5 days. Seems absurd. Either that or they lied to me. Neither of which is surprising.

Food and drinks. And the lake. The shower was not that clean. And the room need a little work paint off the wall. And the desk was damaged on the top. It surprised me because every Indgo hotel I stayed in was top notch.

Great location to visit my with my daughter at UA. I felt safe, enjoyed working out in the gym, and the rooftop bar was a nice bonus.
