Because of the Hilton systems being down the day before, we did not have a reservation at the Embassy Suites. They were in an oversold situation. Thus we had to scramble for a room at 10:00 pm.

Due to a nationwide outage with their system and a delay which was not staffs fault the stay was great. The facilities are always clean and the staff is always pleasant!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. One of the biggest surprises was how reasonable the prices were for such a great location. It offers excellent value, especially if you’re visiting the university and want to be close to campus without overpaying. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tuscaloosa, whether you’re in town for a campus tour, a football game, or just exploring the area.

Good breakfast. Doesn’t have free parking or any of the amenities that other embassy suites have in the country.

Bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, soap) should be checked between guests. The bottles are not see through so you can't tell how much is left. Each day we ran out of a different item and had to ask for more.
