We had a great time at Suka’s house! She was amazing with our children and helped us book a driver for a day tour. The laundry service was impeccable and the pool and garden area very well taken care of :) We were close enough to the city center (10 min walk) without being in the busiest area and we were thankful for that, as the Main Street can get very chaotic. The bed was a little hard and we could kinda hear our next door neighbors but it wasn’t an issue at all!

Noise of the street and neighbor-room (thin walls)

Unfortunately, I had the one room attached to another. Next to the pathway and right behind the owners home. With open outdoor style bathrooms, any noise was clearly heard. The owners are very noisy at night. The washing machine , hanging of clothes etc then start sweeping paths with straw broom at 7 in the morning. The breakfast is very average. The bathrooms are dirty with lots of peeling paint.

Koming was just a pleasure to deal with. She helped us with tours and transfers. Her personality is just fun! Breakfast brought to your patio every morning was sweet. The place is a bit buggy, but thats hard to control with an outdoor bathroom. Limited choices for breakfast. Very limited hot water for bathing.

the place is in he heart of Ubud and it feels like a dip in the fields with very nice view to the room and super close to everything, the managing lady is super helpful she took care of me and accommodated my early flights. the room gets cleaned everyday and its super clean. this place is great strongly recommend nothing

It is a little ",slice of Paradise"- a quiet, serene garden on a busy street Lovely breakfast in a beautiful setting. I want to stay longer than planned. Perfect for solo traveler. It is perfect-

Everything was great, the location was perfect, and the room was very comfortable. We also really appreciated the owner cooperation when we had to leave early in the morning. Providing breakfast before our departure was thoughtful, and it was a lovely gesture that she came to the gate to see us off.

Open air bathroom sometimes had insects and snails in it. Towels didn't dry overnight when hung up.

The location is what makes this spot desirable. Really easy walk or scooter ride to palace and art market. And great cafes ride down the road from the bnb. Aircon worked good. The rest was mediocre here. Breakfast wasn’t worth it. No shampoo or conditioner. No washcloths or hand towels. No safe. No mini fridge. Only two bed pillows. Staff also didn’t help with bags. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a very nice place. The landlady is very helpful. There is a possibility to rent a scooter, arrange transport to the next accommodation

Super nice garden! The road down town is very heavy with scooters and traffic and terrible for pedestrians.

The Homestay is located in the heart of Ubud, in the middle of one of the main road but as soon as you go inside you feel a sense of peace, really silent and quite place, surrounded by nature with beautiful plants, the garden is really clean and peaceful, with a nice pool! I really like Komang, I think one of the owner, she was really kind, polite and helpful! I really recommend this placa! The breakfast was ok, average.. but overall our stay was really nice and pleasant! I did like mostly everything about this place!

Close to centre of Ubud and market. Scooters we could rent from there. Laundry opposite . Nothing that I can think of.

Suka House Bed & Breakfast: A Peaceful Ubud Retreat Suka House offers a truly authentic Balinese experience. The property is nestled in a peaceful environment, giving you a glimpse into local life. The rooms are simply furnished, but comfortable and clean. I especially enjoyed the private bathrooms with hot showers and the balconies, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was included and while the options were limited (telur dadar or banana pancakes), they were always freshly prepared and delicious. It was clear that the meals were cooked with love. The property also features an outdoor pool, although I didn't have the chance to use it during my December visit due to the rainy weather and the cool water temperature. It looked inviting and would be perfect for a refreshing dip during the warmer months. I pre-arranged an airport pickup through the property, and the brother-in-law of the owner was incredibly attentive, smoothly transporting me from DPS to Ubud. Arriving late at night (around 11:30 PM), I was greeted by the driver who kindly assisted me with my luggage. Overall, I highly recommend Suka House to anyone seeking a peaceful and authentic Ubud experience.

The scenery was out of this world. Next to my room which was looking more like a bangalow was the family temple. Some steps away there was a green area with more rooms and a pool. I really enjoyed staying there. The breakfast was great, but the choice was poor, just two options.
