Great central location close to the Monkey Forest and in walking distance to the Ubud Palace, Art Market and Water Palace. We stayed in a villa with a pool and it was our favourite accommodation on our trip. Staff are friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again. We were happy with everything

There is nothing not to like about KaJaNe Mua! It’s walkable to many attractions in Ubud and close to restaurants, spas, bars, etc. It’s on a very busy road but if you have a villa, you will be set back far enough that you won’t hear any road noises. The setting is beautiful. But the best part of the stay is the STAFF. They are so kind and welcoming. They truly made us feel right at home, even with our three children. The breakfast and tea are lovely and we loved having a private pool. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you can snag a villa. We loved Villa Loji Tirta! It’s on a very busy road so need to be careful with traffic when leaving. But it doesn’t bother your experience while in the hotel. Only when leaving.

Loved this property SO much!! It’s in the center of Ubud but it’s able to be quiet and calm. The pool area is beautiful! The staff are excellent, so warm and accommodating! We ate at the restaurant several times as the food was very good. AND the breakfast buffet was the best we had in all our travels across Bali. They have so many choices, including gluten free breads and cookies, and the coffee was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about this property, other than I hope I am lucky enough to go back one day. ?

This boutique resort is in the heart of Ubud, so it's easy to walk to shops, bars & Monkey Forest. There is a main pool and our room also had a small shared pool with 4 other rooms. Breakfast and staff were lovely.

So convenient to everything. Walkable. Clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing Spa on site Laundry service was spectacular I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Great morning breakfast and afternoon tea There was nothing I didn’t like. They even have a shuttle service!

The location was perfect, very close to many shops and restaurants! Wished there were a bit more options for protein during breakfast. Felt there was alot of carbs

It was in a good area. Central Mosquitos around the hotel , also there were opening cracks in between the doors where bugs/animals can enter I.e: mosquitoes or tiny lizards.

KajaNe Mua was by far one of the best hotel I've stayed in. The service from all the staff was amazing. The suite we were upgraded to was big, modern and very clean. We were surrounded by nature right by the river and had a private pool. The sound of the water was so soothing throughout the night. I don't think I've ever slept better! The breakfast, especially the mini vegetarian tacos was the best. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I'll definitely be back for a longer stay. Pack lots of mosquito repellent if you're prone to mosquito bites. The hotel provided some repellent and the mosquito coil and they lit it up in the evenings.

Absolute luxury in the middle of bustling Ubud!

Location and Villa. Breakfast was nice It may sound petty, but we paid nearly £600 a night for a 2 bedroom villa. We also got a 2 bedroom villa on Gili T and Kuta but the other 2 were half the price. When you ask a premium price, you expect a premium service. Staff were polite but didn't stand out. The little extras I would expect and got from the other Villas just weren't there!

over all our stay was amazing and so comfortable the hotel is very nice well prepared and most important i liked there was the staff very helpful very kind and always supportive and smiling even the staff in the afternoon tea was all amazing special thanks to ayu and novi and the rest of team . i didnt like that the door of each room is not closed properly and in jungle area its very easy to that anything can pass by to our room the gap between door was big in all rooms
