The breakfast was good, there were plenty of options for all age groups.

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Munich for a BTS concert. Despite the higher prices during the concert period, we can honestly say that this hotel was still a great choice and offered a very pleasant experience. The location is away from the city’s noise, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while still being close enough to Munich. The room was very clean, tidy, and equipped with modern facilities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay near Munich. If you are looking for a peaceful environment, cleanliness, and a comfortable stay while still having easy access to the city, this is a great choice. One small note for future guests: the metro line we were planning to use was temporarily not operating during our stay. This was due to external circumstances and had nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel itself was not affected by this, and our stay was still very enjoyable.

Room and hotel were clean. Nice amenities including laundry and outside areas. The breakfast and dinner were good. The air conditioner didn’t get the room as cool as I would have liked. The service wasn’t great as far as requesting items. It took a full day to get toilet paper and we had to request a full housekeeping service to get fresh towels.

The hotel is in a good location. The bathroom was dirty and old. The radiator where the shower towels were kept was really dirty and grimy. At breakfast, there were Indian guests who were testing the rolls to see how crispy they were. That’s unhygienic, and no one was checking on it. My son and I went to the bakery, even though we had booked breakfast.

The kids really enjoyed the stairs between floors of the room we have rented :D it was different and not usual experience for them :) The apartment itself were spacious with everything what we needed for our short stay! I also enjoyed the possibility to use the gym, which is proper full equipped gym and staying in hotel you can have a badge to enter it. Would definitely think about to come again for a longer stay being in Munich area. The breakfast as well were great with many options! Having two kettles in both floors would be nice addition to the room :)

Staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. I was looking for a 'Holiday Inn' standards and they did not fail me. Ms.Joronova assisted us to get us the room we needed, we are grateful for her services. Breakfast was awesome with great selections. We have arrived late and the room given was very cold, we were freezing, then Ms.Joronova came for help and comforted us in a warmer room. Without her, this could have been the worst hotel experience ever...

Easy nights stay at the hotel. Comfortable room. Easy check in from helpful staff. Had a 3 person room. Beds were great and we had a good night. The paid parking underground was good. But at 14 euros was a little steep. There was free parking a short walk away - but as it was winter we wanted the convenience of parking.

Nothing The staff at this hotel are extremely uncooperative and lack basic professionalism. We were a group of three and had booked a double room for two people, which included a sofa bed—more than adequate for our stay. However, your employee, Rohail, insisted that we book an additional room, claiming that no twin rooms were available. Strangely, twin rooms were clearly listed as available on the booking website. And once we paid for the second room, a twin room suddenly “appeared” as if it had materialized out of nowhere. This experience was deeply frustrating and deceptive. I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel due to the unprofessional conduct of the staff and their misleading practices.

Four of us stayed in the room and it was really well set out in a loft style so you were able to have privacy still, plus it was quite spacious. The beds were comfy and the rooms were really clean. Train station is about a 10 minute walk away. We were further out of central Munich than we realized, which was more our fault but made it a little bit more difficult to get into Oktoberfest.
