There were many Shinkansen going past the window. Additionally, the room was very spacious. Ayuka enjoyed the little space next to the window and was hiding there for a little bit. I couldn’t open the window because there it wasn’t possible.

Room was very spacious and clean. Central location just next to a mall. The lounge on the 5th floor was very impressive with complimentary coffee. Nothing. Everything was great!

The location is excellent! If you take the elevator downstairs there are so many cafes and shops. The staff was very nice. This hotel had some of the best employees of any other hotel we've stayed in during our Japan travels. The room was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Dry close from the train station, staff was amazing, very helpful I’m not a smoker and the only room available when we booked was smoking allowed in the room. The rooms smelled like an ashtray so if you can’t stand the smell of cold cigarettes make sure you book a non smoking room
