It's a giant hotel with a ton of rooms, and therefore the price is quite low. But unfortunately it wasn't a particularly quiet stay. We had something like 4 high school basketball teams there with us at the same time all using the coin laundry while we needed to wash our clothes in the middle of a long trip. Also, there was reconstruction happening and in an already busy reception area, while trying to relax and chill before checkout, the entire kitchen and reception area was getting remodeled. I'm sure usually this whole hotel is completely fine, and we just had bad luck in terms of guests and timing with their reconstruction.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the station, supermarket, and convenience store. The male staff member who assisted with my luggage was especially enthusiastic about his work, and I was truly impressed. The elevator was quite crowded. It would have been more convenient if the stairs were an option for use.

Room was clean, very good location, price is cheaper than other hotels Terrible poor breakfast, no water in the room, late check in and early check out, they don’t allow to come in the room if you come earlier even if the room is available. Not friendly stuff. Overall absolutely not recommended it’s better to book more expensive hotel.

Just a minute walk from Utsunomiya central station. Really easy access. Lots of places including restaurants and bars are in the walking distance and a perfect place as a base. Staff members were very much friendly, nice and polite. Breakfast was also very nice.

The breakfast was exceptional. My spouse likened it to having breakfast at your friend's home. Staff was efficient and the choices were plenteous. All in all, an excellent start to the day. The mattresses were a bit on the stiff side.

Very nice and clean hotel near Utsunomiya Station. Ideal for a short trip to Nikko. Check-in was very easy since it was done via a "Self-Check-in machine". If anything didnt work out, the staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were hard. It felt more like sleeping on a soft floor than sleeping in a bed. Amenities, microwave and vending machines were all on the first floor (same as the lobby) which is a bit of a hassle if you have a room on the highest floor.

Just outside of Utsunomiya station with everything you would need right around the hotel. Excellent service from the staff and a free breakfast in the morning. Nothing in particular!
