Very good location, near Utsunomiya Station. Breakfast can become crowded, depending of the time, but if there are no places to seat, you are allowed to bring it to your room, so it is not much of a problem. Staff was really kind and helpful, but do not expect English support. I got a smoking room :/ But this was not the hotel's fault, I made a mistake when making my reservation. Just be aware, the smoking rooms are REALLY stinky (you can smell the cigarettes the second you step out of the elevator, in the hallway). I asked for a room change, but unfortunately, it was all booked for the week so I just had to endure it. Make sure to check the room type before booking!

Great location, less than a five minute walk from the train station and bus depot, and right next to the Yaoko supermarket and lots of restaurants. A rather spacious room and I had a nice view from the 14th floor. A pretty good breakfast and a very good price. You can’t check in until 4:00 pm. Only a comforter on the bed; a top sheet in addition would be better as far as regulating temperature. Also, only one pillow; I like to sleep on my side with a pillow between my legs because it’s easier on my back.

Just around the corner from the former residence of the Shinohara Family, wealthy soy merchants of the Edo period I went for a walk and returned to my room 10 mins before checkout time, only to find I’d been automatically locked out. Reprogramming the key didn’t work so a staff member had to open the door

The room was big and comfortable, clean and nice. The breakfast options were varied. Due to their policy, they don’t have disposable toothbrushes in the bathroom. ypu need yo take them from the lobby. Maybe some information on that beforehand would have been appreciated. They also don’t have bathrobes.

The accommodation facilities were generally perfect especially the ones in the room including shower room.

Insulation is quite bad (I can hear neighbor snoring) Smoke remains quite strong.

The hotel (and the room) was nice, clean and quiet . The price was great as always. The hotel is very close to Utsunomiya JR station, which is so convenient. Check-in time is from 16:00, which is a bit late. The staff I talked to was nice and polite except one person.

Good value for money. It was clean and comfortable and location was fine. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and right next to the station.
