I like the knot. Would like to stay again next time. -

The hotel is very much boutique without the price tag. The location is right next to station. Rooms are modern and comfy. Bakery, bar and restaurant are awesome with cool vibes. Most of all, the staff was excellent. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Everything was great.

This if the first time I rate a hotel 10 here. It was my first stay with The Knot and the Hotel is brand new, everything is in prime condition and works flawlessly. Rooms are small just fine. Toilet and shower separated is a plus. Bed is comfy. Everything was clean and it is quite silent during night. Facilities overall are also good with 6 sets of coin laundry and drying machine. There is also a nice restaurant at 1F. Location is the best, 1 min walk from JR station and just in front of bus station for airport and plenty of restaurants. Staff is always present in good number, can communicate perfectly in both English and Japanese and are very cooperative. I’ve asked for directions instead hotel and, instead of pointing the way, staff guided personally. Even before checking in I’ve asked for some specific conditions for my room location and for my surprise they delivered exactly what I’ve asked for. It would be more useful to have a small chair instead of a puff inside the room.

Loved the bathroom in our room! Best of our stay. Also loved having a couch in our room, the location across from the station was convenient, and the first floor bakery was outstanding. Was confusing having reception on the second floor - needs better signage in the lobby to direct new customers.

So clean, great location, easy check in. Wonderful experience!

The breakfast is next level. Organic and house made. An example kamboche squash, fresh pastry eggs Benedict. In a soothing vibe. Music was amazing. Mood modern natural meets loft. Bakery was amazing. Staff is very international and friendly. Only wish I could stay longer

I really liked the dark theme of the hotel. I wish I had stayed longer.

It took a few minutes to locate the reception. FYI, you need to go inside the cafe beside McDonald's and use the lift to go to the reception. If you arrive late at night, just ring the bell outside the cafe.

The location's great -- right in front of the station. The staff were very accommodating, approachable, and speaks good English. It's very affordable and the room's squeaky clean! The room has a smart TV, but I didn't use it coz it seems to have additional fees. It has a great restaurant on the first floor and I'd like to make a reservation next time I visit with my family. My room doesn't have a bathtub but, I booked it because it's more affordable compared to the other hotels. I checked other rooms online and I guess other rooms don't have a tub either. I could also hear some noise from the next room. But overall, it's still a relaxing stay.

大変お世話になりました。大変丁寧なご対応をいただき感謝しております。一つだけ、湯船の方にカーテンの裾を入れて入浴しましたが、外側に敷いておいた足ふきがひどく濡れていました。使い方に問題があったのかもしれませんが、これまでこのやり方でそのようなことはなかったので、少し心配しております。いずれにしろありがとうございました。
