Location is always great To say it was Easter, the pool was closed for maintenance all week. The main part of our holiday is to be by the pool sunbathing & swimming all week. So for it not to be mentioned was a disgrace as we would not have stayed at the hotel if we were made aware of the situation.. I use booking.conn countless times over a year & I’m so disappointed that our holiday was ruined by this matter.

Stayed here many times. It’s a fantastic property in a great location. Staff are always friendly and Breakfast is the best.I always stay in a premium room as they have been refurbished. Looks tired from the outside but that shouldn’t put anyone off visiting.

Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Suite room was beautiful. Melanie from guest service was great, very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant food was very poor for a 5 star hotel. Room service food the same. A hotel of this category could do much better. Suite room had a spacious balcony yet it was facing a children’s theme park opposite the hotel where loud music was playing from 11am. If you’re looking for a quiet spot this might be an issue. Vila de Lobo is a residential area. Amazing houses and manicured roads. However not much to do at night time and not the place to be if you want to have a real taste of Portugal.

Good location next to the beach. Room v nice but noisy at night as it was located above the outdoor s of the bat Dining room a little out of the way & also access to the pool was through the dining room Reception staff were not v welcoming or friendly.
