Friendly staff and great location. The fan in the room made a lot of noise so we could not have it on at night. As there is no AC the heat was suffocating and it was hard to sleep.

In fact I was alone in double bed room looking at nice street, so I enjoy room and looking to the street from big open window in the afternoon and evening. If you do not mind to stay in property with shared bathroom then everything is fine. Bathrooms were clean all the time. I did not use kitchen but I saw that it is also very useful and completely equipped. There were some young ladies that use bathroom too lomg not taking care about other guests' needs.

Location was great! Only a 10-15 minute walk from the central market and some other notable things to do. The staff was very accommodating and kind - they waited for us past regular check-in hours because our train got delayed, and they washed/dried our laundry for us for a very small fee because we were out exploring all day! I think the towels provided could have been a little cleaner (mine appeared to have a couple stains on it). My friend noticed that the floors could have been swept a little bit better, but I did not notice this.

Everything about this property was lovely!! The place was extremely clean, the staff was very lovely, and it seems like they’ve really taken reviews to heart over time. I read a few of the negative reviews prior to staying and heard complaints about the bedsheets, the pillows, the mattress, and the cleanliness of the rooms. Everything that people complained about was nonexistent in the actual property; our bed was extremely comfortable and the space was very very clean. The location is also EXTREMELY central with bus stops to get to the beach nearby, so getting everywhere we wanted to go was very easy and very nearby. The only thing that rang true to the reviews was the noise levels in the apartment. As for the people staying in the place itself, everyone was extremely quiet and respectful. However, we had a room with a view of the street and even with all doors and windows closed, the sound leakage was still quite prominent. Really though, not something the property or staff can change and it didn’t bother us at all. Small price to pay for the location and the kindness of the staff and seems like a pretty natural addend to having such a good location so unsure why others would complain about it.

There is not cleaning service for the room everyday and the towels are old. They give you only one towel. It should be at least two

Kitchen facilities available and a communal seating area. Books available to borrow. Very hot water and clean facilities. Comfortable bed. Good value for a short stay. Very central but not noisy after midnight (in April). Sometimes had to wait for a free bathroom. The host didn't have any English but was friendly. The room was v sparse, no drawers or cupboard or TV but once we realised it is more of a hostel than a b&b it was fine.

Location. Rude staff, they have a room accessible to guests, no signs indicating staff only, except for a small round sticker on the appliances that is not easy to see. We were told we could not use because it was broken, nothing about staff only, someone in our party washed something by hand and put it in the dryer, the young woman threw a fit and was very rude.

The location is perfect for tourists. The metro, the main train station and all important sights are literally a 1-5 minute walk away. The staff is perfect, especially the friendly Patricia, who was there for everything even if she doesn't speak English there is air conditioning in the apartment, but there is no remote control, so there is no heating. The doors and windows are old and it was simply impossible to fall asleep, because the apartment is on a street with a large number of restaurants and the noise was there until 3 in the morning.

Perfect location - i could enjoy the Las Fallas festival a few times per day as was so central from the main plaza; it was very convenient with walking and taking public transport! The staff was very kind and cared about the place and their customers.

First of all the staff was great, girls did whatever they could to make staying comfortable. The apartment is located in a great location, it's right in the middle of the old town. But, they should install air-conditioning, and the door to the room need to be renovated because they have glass in the middle of the door, so it's feels like no privacy

The location. We did not have a window in our room so the smell in the room was not very fresh. The staff was almost not able to communicate in English. Not convenient if you work in tourism. The staff was also very rude at the end of our stay. We could leave our luggage until 1:30 PM. We arrived 15 minutes before to go to the toilet and to check in for our flight. They asked us to leave and said: “you are not part of hostel anymore.” I was just sitting in the couch at the reception to check in and wait for my friend who went to the toilet. At 1:30 we were leaving for sure. I went back to the staff to tell them that we would leave soon at 1:30, then she started to shout at me saying the same things. I asked her not to shout at me as I was not shouting at her. We did not want to keep the discussion going, so we left. We were shocked as they smashed the door really hard just after we left. This is not how you threat guests. Don’t book it, it’s not worth it!
