All people working at the hotel were very helpful and really nice! They reacted to my special request about my food requirements. Thank you.

Location Rooms had cheap looking finishes and our bed had weird pillows with feathers that came out. No fridge in room. Staff instructed us to park very far away and it made luggage unloading a miserable experience. We later learned there’s a much closer garage just around the corner, which made things a lot easier.

Tv remote didn’t work

Great location with 2 bus stops very close by. Rooms are good with AC. Big bathroom. Breakfast is great.

WiFi in the room was really spotty. Check-in seemed overly complicated. Parking is 7-8 minute walk away, so be prepared to lug your bags if you drive.

This hotel is in an ideal location - in the center of everything. Many buses and taxis stop in the square right outside, and you can walk just about anywhere easily. Our room had very comfortable beds - a double for my husband and I, and a single for our teen daughter. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, with a great view of the square, but no street noise, and the curtains blocked all the light. I wish we had stayed here longer! The staff was extremely helpful, well-traveled, and multilingual. nothing!

The room was comfortable and pretty quiet despite being n on a city square. We had a lovely little terrace, a great view of the square, and everything we wanted to see was walking distance from the hotel. The front desk staff and maintenance deserve a special shout out. On our first night there was a problem with our dink, and they called in maintenance who hot it fixed right away.

The staff is excellent and very helpful. The location is extraordinary in a very beautiful location. The breakfast was good with a number of choices. Our dogs were very comfortable and were welcomed by the staff. The property has a unique atmosphere and has a pleasant and fun feel. Very nice stay. Nothing

Amazingly cute and unique hotel in central Valencia. The staff, in particular Francesca, were amazingly clear, useful, warm, and welcoming. The decoration of the hotel is rather amazing, though I'm still figuring out what a "Spaghetti Summer" means. The room was in excellent condition, and had the right size. The initiative of sending you at some moment in the future a postcard you leave when you enter is one of those things that unavoidably makes you smile. The lift was very small, as was the bathroom. Not advisable for disabled people.

I traveled to Valencia as a female solo traveler and it was my first time flying alone as well. 3rd time in Spain ( 2 times Alicante). Also my first time staying alone at the hotel. Last time was with family some good years ago. The hotel is in a fantastic location and most popular or viral things are a very short walk away. I checked in Monday at 3PM and checked out today at 6AM. The room and bathroom both came with some freebies like bathroom : tissues , vanity kit(cotton pads and ear cleaners) , a comb and a 4th item I think but I forgot. It also came with small plastic bag to place sanitary items in before throwing in the small bathroom bin. And of course The Rituals products you can use. In the room there was a water bottle , a shoe mitt (idk what for exactly) it was just a small cotton fabric that was like a glove. (Maybe for cleaning our shoes?) There was also a plastic laundry bag that we can take home. The hotel is safe (didn’t even let my food delivery driver come up to the 5th floor which I really appreciate now) and the reception is always open. I had a single interior room which was extremely more spacious than I thought. The room came with a telephone , 2 lamps on the nightstands, an AC with remote and a simple TV (not smart) with remote as well. Big bed enough to fit 2 people and 2 nightstands as well. The nightstands each had 1 lamp and each side had a switch to turn on/off the main light. It had a desk + chair. The room had a couple plugs as well and 1 more in the bathroom. The desk a flat plank next to it where you can either store clothes or even put your bag(s) , I had a small carry on so I just put it on there and kept it open. Above it there’s a rack and some hangers for clothes. The bathroom had a shower , toilet and sink. They had The Rituals : The Ritual of Mehr ( the yellow collection) In the shower itself there was shampoo and body wash. At the sink hand soap and body/hand lotion. I do wish every room had a mini fridge , just as an option. Not only the bigger/more expensive ones. There could be more checks for cleaning before guests check in as I did find multiple things (not bad/very bad ones) but other people would be more bothered by them. You can also hear everything from the hallway unfortunately so every time a person would go in/out or walk on the hallway it was really loud.

Excellent location overlooking the Plaza del Ayuntamiento- central to everything, clean room, was able to leave luggage in a locked room next to concierge desk for a couple of hours after checkout at no additional cost. There’s a hotel cafeteria on the 2nd floor overlooking the plaza. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was great. The shower smelled like sewage. We had to put a wet towel over it the whole time. It was awful.
