Spacious room, HUGE bathroom which was PERFECT! A lot of natural light with a cute balcony. Has everything you need. NA.

The room was very small, smaller than it was shown jn the pictures. It had a decent bathroom. It missed some basic amenities.

One towel was a little bit dirty with a worm when we first arrived

We stayed at the hotel during two nights and all this time wi-fi didn’t work

APT was really nice, bit stylish. Bathroom is huge, everything is clean. Bed is great, there is not a lot of space for clothes and stuff, this is 1-2 nights aprt, not more than tha. 5+minutes for hot water to arrive when you need it.

Location was central It did not look like the picture at all. It’s old and broken, seems new and renovated in pictures but I don’t know how old these pictures are. Wall paper is worn, painting the same, lot of holes in the curtains, the wooden floor was broken in many places, the golden decorations and tables are all rusty. Then the bathroom, it was horrendous, same issues, broken walls, stains on the floor. We saw and we left, this is very false advertising, do not go there, because for this price you can get a way better room in the other hotels around. For 200€ the night you expect a minimum standing

It had a great location and checking in was easy They did not change any of our towels in 4 nights. We had to go to there office in another building to pick up towels. No door to the toilet all open in one room. Needed paint and an update.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. No coffee maker in room.

They don't clean well enough, there was dust on the nightstands. The table is very old and needs to be replaced a long time ago. Not very convenient and comfortable.

The pillows were a bit too high for my liking, but that's just my personal preference.

Very comfortable bed, the rooms were spotless, excellent continental breakfast, close to the main attractions. Easy to walk and shot-distance to the metro and buses. Thank you ?

The location is perfect for the main sights and activities with plenty of restaurants around and everything in easy walking distance. We specifically asked for single beds in the three twin rooms we'd booked. We made the request with the hotel in writing and got confirmation that that would be available and done. We arrived and two of the three rooms had double beds. The other had two single beds put together which we were able to separate ourselves. I spoke to hotel reception and their answer was, sorry, we can't do anything about it. "The hotel is fully booked and we can't split the double beds or move you to other rooms nor another hotel" They gave us two other rooms out of the three the next day, both of which has separated single beds. One of them was the smallest room I have ever slept in on the planet. Be aware, of the 5 rooms we experienced in this hotel four of them were extremely small. I was very disappointed in that they were fully aware of our request months in advance and had confirmed they could fulfil it and clearly they do not review any guest requests nearer the time of the guests arriving. No alternative provided on the night. No compensation.

location is very good! Check in was a bit confusing, but manageable.

I absolutely loved the location, really centre Room didn’t match the description, I always choose to pay more for a better room with a view and better standard. I ended up with a really small room that absolutely needs a renovation with a tarrace overlooking a wall. No place to put even a small suitcase.
