Location is good, very quite and close to metro and bus stations. 15 min by public transport to center. 15 min walk to Gulliver park and Oceanarium. Rooms are extremely clean with comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and there is free baggage storage. Very nice yard to have coffee or cocktails. The price is a bit too high. Fridge turns off when you take the card out, which makes no sense if you want to use it at all.

The hotel is quite clean, comfortable and well maintained. It is very near the Ciencias y Artes. You can walk to anywhere

The courtyard and overwhelmingly competent staff in multiple languages. The ac is centrally and it is not ok. Windows make it tolerable. But iam white.

We loved our room! It was decorated beautifully and very clean and cozy! Lots of room. The breakfast buffet in the morning was fantastic and the indoor and outdoor courtyard areas were so nice to have! We also loved the little bar that offered drinks late and we sat out on the front courtyard to relax. The staff was also very helpful. The area around the hotel was nice there were a lot of places to walk to eat and easy Uber rides to the beach or to the arts and sciences area. Great stay overall I highly recommend!

Good underground parking, friendly staff There is no wall window in an attic room (it is just a picture if you look at the room photos), only a roof window. The roof window was quite dirty outside, so the sky was not visible.

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The breakfast and parking are a bit pricey but convenient. The bar was also pleasant and prices reasonable. More options for the cooked breakfast. Only a fried egg, frankfurter, courgettes and tortilla on offer.

Cozy and clean hotel . Everything is new, stylish! Garage parking is available. I don’t like only the view from the window- white wall of other building .

A pleasant, comfortable, and well-finished hotel. All necessary comforts are provided, the atmosphere is enjoyable, the rooms are beautifully finished, and show no signs of wear. The breakfast is delicious and more than sufficient.

Amazing "old-town-feeling" from the outside, but looks so modern inside. Close to Airport, City centre & Beach by walk. Perfect!

Exceptional

Relatively new hotel, nice decoration and furniture. The cleanliness was not up to standard. There was a lot of dust on the bathroom counter, and many other areas were also dusty, suggesting that cleanliness is not taken very seriously. Additionally, the round mirror in the bathroom had visible splashes from previous guests' teeth cleaning. We only received water and coffee capsules on the first of our three-day stay. For a four-star hotel and the price we paid, I expected better. Visitor restrooms in the reception were also quite dirty! It looks that the hotel has good potential, however, the personal and management needs better training to make the hotel services be compatible with the facilites that are quite new, nice and modern. Also justifying the 4 stars rating and the price as well.
