Location is very good Everything is good

When I arrived about two hours early, I pressed the code but the access was denied.The acces to the property is done through a code sent via email, I understand that check-in is officially at 15:00, but most hotels try to have rooms ready earlier if possible. In this case, they didn’t, and we had to call someone just to open the door so we could enter the building and store our luggage before the room was ready. We were lucky, as there are only three luggage lockers available, and two of them can’t fit large suitcases. I managed to store mine by paying €2, but if they had been full, I would have had to walk around for hours in the heat with my luggage. The room itself was good, and as mentioned, the location is excellent. However, the overall experience didn’t justify the high price.

There are rats in the street of the property.

Very clear instructions on how to access the property after hours. The suite was adorable, very clean and roomy. Gloria at the front desk went above and beyond by going to a nearby store to grab us some creamers for our coffee. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. We would definitely recommend staying here! Everything was perfect!

The location of the property was great. And the keypad to get into the property and room was very handy. The staff was very quick in responding to queries. The shower head /holder was a bit broken so it was difficult to shower. Also the room was a bit smaller than advertised. And the extra cost for a balcony was not worth it as there is no view.

Very friendly staff, Gloria was incredibly helpful and gave us amazing restaurant suggestions. Comfortable clean room with AC, and nice bathroom.

Excellent location, central, closet bus stop for easy transfer from cruise port. Close to metro and very central. Excellent communication and clear instructions. All as expected.

The host was extremely helpful and it’s in a perfect location to see the sights of Valencia Key fob entry exit easy Beware pictures are main best bedroom so when you book internal rooms different to main picture but clean big enough and when travelling the city it’s to sleep in Cathedral 500 yards from hotel Bullring 1 mile away Valencia Fc stadium. Tour 1 mile away Oceanographic 2 mile away but we walked everywhere so easily done Beach a bit to far to walk so use public transport Lockers available so can check out and still have whole day fir just 2 euros City as a whole really reasonable priced and beautiful city if like the culture and history Highly recommend Valencia and hotel was perfect for what you need and host so helpful via what’s app

Everything was great, the only big problem was the Wi-Fi, the signal was weak and we didn't have reception, so we had to use our cell phones.

The accommodation was centrally located and within walking distance of the railway station. The room had a nice lot of shelf and hanging space. We appreciated the lift. A small fridge or a shared kitchenette would have been helpful, as we had to dispose of some of our food. Having to put the electric jug on the floor to plug it in was not ideal. Perhaps the small table could be moved to the other side of the hallway so the jug could be connected up with a short power lead. It was noisy at night as the neighbour was moving furniture around until the early hours of the morning.

Great location, right in the heart of Valencia but very quiet during the night. The team here are superb, very helpful, check in was easy and they were always on the end of the phone if you had any issues.

Perfect place!

there are in good location, easy to reach sightseeing area. the room I stayed is easy to hear sounds of water flowing through the pipes（not always） and footsteps from upstairs. I didn't care so much, but I recommend sensitive people to prepare earplugs.

Superb

Gloria made us feel at home. She communicated effectively and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The location was also extremely convenient. Nothing I disliked however our washroom door needs improvement as it leaks. I'm confident it may be easily resolved.
