The room and the air con

The interior design of the rooms really stood out to me! Also the location was amazing Nothing. To take the service and guest experience to the next level, the hotel could have provided little flags or something to allow their guests to support Spain in the World Cup.

The air conditioning did not work, so the room was very warm.

The view and building

Excellent location, great modern rooms, friendly staff In the room, the only issue was the shower water temperature would sporadically get really hot and then go back to the set temperature. Before arrival, I had to pay through the One Shot portal or risk my reservation being canceled (30 days prior to stay), which felt like a scam. I called to confirm with the hotel and booking.com and both acknowledged this was necessary and secure so I entered my credit card info. I hope this process improves in the future. It made the experience less seamless.

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable, with helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. We also used Valenbisi, the city bike system, a lot during our stay, and the hotel’s location was very convenient for reaching Turia Gardens, the old town, the beach and other parts of the city. Overall, it was a great base for a city break and we would gladly stay here again.

Great location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Our room was hot when we arrived, so staff came to restart the AC. When we came back late at night it was off again and hot. Tried to call front desk but couldn’t reach them. Gave up and went to sleep. Morning was very hot with no AC. We reported in person to the front desk, but it wasn’t fixed before we checked out at 11:15. They told us that you press 9 to reach front desk, and we had tried 0. No note about this in the room or on the phone.

Location is great. Rooms are really nice and clean (not that big but good enough). Staff is also great.

Location and comfort

The hotel is a 3 minute walk from Estación Nord and adjacent to lots of shopping on Colón. The staff was extremely friendly, check in was quick, and they held our bags after check out so we could explore more before leaving. Although located off a busy street, the windows are well insulated and we had no issues sleeping. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a rainfall shower. Overall, a very nice stay for us in Valencia. Nothing comes to mind

Great location, helpful staff (Gustavo gave us great recommendations), really clean and comfortable room. The hotel doesnt really have a lobby or bar or anything like that, and they did not have towel slippers for the room when we asked. Some of the staff were great whereas some were not as friendly.

Perfectly located , near all shops and cafes and tourist attractions. Also the train station is a 2 minute walk. Couldn’t regulate the temperature in the room .
