The bed was comfortable I just felt the room was too cramped and there was very little space to roam around.

Only its location is good. It is in the middle of old town. I shared a very tiny room with 7 different women and the air con was not working in the middle of August. The room was so small that it was impossible L sized luggage.

Honestly, the best hostel I ever stayed at. I got a free upgrade to a better room. The room was clean and as cozy as a hostel can get. The location is in the very center of the city; you can just walk there at any hour of the night. Very convenient.

The location was unbeatable. Right at the center. I also liked that Syra coffee was part of the hostel. A shower door was missing and caused leaking of the shower water onto the floor. Also, one of the shower heads had black mold on the rubber spouts where water streams came out. The bathroom’s ceiling had holes and there was a smell of mildew. This was a health hazard.

Location and staff In 35 degree heat we were given a room with broken air conditioning with no option to swap immediately so 1 horrid hot night and 1 lovely night once we had moved rooms.

The bed itself was ok comfortable. Aircon wasn't working properly. My roommates said they'd complained, but nothing had happened. They said it was impossiple to sleep at night. I tried to relax in my top-bunk after my arrival, but it was like a sauna! I made a decition to leave. At least I got my money back.

Only the location. I simply cannot understand how on earth this place has such high reviews. The only good thing about it is its location. We stayed in a double room with a private bathroom, this is what we got: - The bathroom ceiling covered in some kind of moldy foam that was dripping water and flooding our bathroom every time people from the shared bathroom above showered. We talked to the staff, but they offered no solution - we were only given an extra towel to be able to collect the water off the flooded floor ourselves. Also, the shower is tiny, and I'm saying this as a not extremely tall nor fat person. No space to leave your toiletries either. Just a lot of mold and stinky smell. - Cockroaches! Alive roaming the room and dead ones under the bed and the sofa. Disgusting, dirty floors in general, full of dust, hairs and sand. There is no proper maintenance, no cleaning. - The 90dB fire alarm going off at 4:25am and then again on multiple occasions throughout our stay, the staff's response: "Yeah, somebody is probably smoking in their room", while laughing, with zero intention of figuring out who it was and taking action so other guests can enjoy their stay and sleep. The staff might be friendly, but they are completely useless. - Noisy. We could hear everything happening in the halls, people coughing or laughing in other rooms. No quiet hours, no nothing. - The AC, if it works, can't be manually controlled. Instead, one should message the reception everytime you want to change the temperature in your own room. It makes absoultely no sense. - The cards used to open the door of our room often didn't work, each time we had to go back to the reception to change them, which is fine as long you don't have to enter your room after midnight when there's nobody at the reception. Overall - too dirty and too noisy for the price we paid, and the staff is way too nonchalant about what is happening under the moldy roof of this place!
