Superb location. Comfy bed. Tiny shower. Dirty walls and shower curtain. Door to hallway was not flush

Location was excellent for walking, took the train into the city and short walk (8 minutes) to the hotel. The staff were super friendly, served breakfast, and everything was clean. Great place to say

Nothing because I could not stay due the hotel without consideration even do the room 25 SQ meter and bed 135MM x 180MM according to hotel receptionists Please give the consideration for the people like me... specially if the room 25 SQ meter and bed 135MM x 180MM according to hotel receptionists is ok also I ask to the hotel receptionists I willing to pay additional.. at least my wife can rest because tired from the trip... Honestly I am disappointment that time...

Basic accomodations, very clean, super friendly staff who were kind enough to speak English. Room was small (one one person traveling) but I was just there to sleep. Very well located. I missed a connecting flight and arrived very late, and the prompt communication about the late arrival was much appreciated. (Staff onsite 24 hours).

Good location i center off Valencua There was not duvet cover. Only sheet around duvet. If I knew that I would not make a reservation.

Great location and nice staff. Convenient and good value for money Weirdly they wanted us to leave our room key on an unsecured plate right at the front desk that literally anyone could have grabbed (especially when the receptionist left the desk). Also the walls were super thin and we could hear everything on the street

I didn’t like anything about this hotel Absolutely uncomfortable bed feels like you’re sleeping on air mattress, if you weigh more than 100 pounds, you will not be able to fit in the shower. It’s that tiny, old and not very clean.

The location is so good and cleaned and calmed and very centric.

I liked your restaurant but the menu was a little limited. I couldn't figure out how to operate the shower (turn on) and had to redress while someone came to show me how to use.

The location is great. Exceptional loudness. Everything can be heard. There was also a generator near the room, which was extremely loud.

There ws a problem with the electricity and the good thing they solved quickly. The walls are extremely thin. I could hear everything from the other two rooms next to mine. And when I say everything, I really mean it. I didnt like they dont have a phone to communicate with the reception. I had to go downstairs to ask for things.
