My only disappointment was that the hotel is actually located in Vancouver, Washington, which I didn’t realize when booking. Because of that, it was farther from Portland International Airport than I expected. I was also surprised to find that there is no airport shuttle service available. That said, the quality of the room and the peaceful atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in the Vancouver area, this is a solid choice.

Quick check in. Staff was friendly and received 2 complimentary bottles of water. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Good stay. Convenient to downtown Portland. Even did a day trip to Seattle. Friendly staff.

When we entered the room, there were used towels on the counter in the bathroom and kitchen, there was trash in all the trash cans. We arrived at nearly 2am, so we just went to sleep and notified staff next day.

The staff is very friendly especially the young lady that is in charge of breakfast! The food is awesome—especially those little waffles😁Our room was spotless!!!

Size of room and bed was comfortable. More than enough towels. No ice bucket in room. Vent blows on bed.
