When we checked in, at Check in time (4pm) our room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait an additional hour because they had to clean the room. The room still had trash in it and dirt all over the floor when they allowed us to check in. The bathroom was filthy and I had to get my own cleaning supplies to clean it. There was some sort of animal scratching behind the walls the entire stay I asked the front desk multiple times for multiple days to move us, they kept promising they would and never did. The entire hotel smelled like mold and cigarettes. Do not recommend by any means.

Not a safe place. Dirty, unsanitary .Homeless encampment at and around the entire facility. I was afraid. Had to find a different place to stay.

The hotel is very outdated, the carpet is stained, the rooms smell like smoke because guest smoke not only cigarettes but marihuana as well. Some guests stand outside in groups, they seemed like local working men but it’s intimidating as a woman arriving at a hotel and seeing these groups of men standing and sitting on the pavement outside smoking and talking. It made the place looked bad.

Bad part of town

Good and bad experience. First I want to say that the staff was really wonderful and went over and beyond to help make my stay good. They are the reason I stayed for my 3 day visit. The bed was comfortable and clean, as we're the towels and bathroom. The floor wasn't very clean. I was happy to have the little kitchenette, but there was no amenities. You have to ask for a coffeemaker spoons, glasses, coffee cups, etc. However, they were all provided free of charge. Unfortunately this business is located in an area that has a large homeless population and there were always groups of people in the parking lot smoking and talking. I was always treated with respect, and never felt afraid, but the feeling that many were living there or at the Motel 6 or Super 8 motel across the street made for a rather sad and depressing visit. Inside the room, the furniture was old and chipped/damaged and the old full size frig had the door on backwards so that you scraped your hand against the wall trying to open it because it had finger pulls rather than a handle. Finally, a leak became apparent under the vinyl wood floor and water was seeping up so I stepped in a small puddle on the way to the bathroom at 5:00am. Granted leaks happen, but this property really needed work. It would have a better future to be fixed up and converted into low cost housing for homeless, along with the other 2 hotels I mentioned.

Disgusting and dirt
-
Stains all over the carpet. Garbage still in the garbage can. Garbage under and beside the bed. Won’t catch me staying here again.

Room smelled, shower was dirty and clogged. Staff were good and sympathetic

Nothing Dirty and smelly main areas, had to wait 5 minutes to check in because computers were updating; front desk agent didn’t know how to do her job and gave us keys that didn’t work; once we got in that room it smelled like weed; went back to front desk to get a new room. That room smelled musty - but was the only one they had left. Carpet and furniture were ripped. Pillow cases had black stains on them. Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The staff was courteous and it was clean,, but the hotel was run down. Large chips in the furniture, chair footrest that sagged noticeably. Halls with scuff marks everywhere...ones that it was obvious that walls hadn't been painted in a while. Strange smell. I wouldn't have stayed even the one night except for I had purchased it through Hotels.com and would not have gotten a refund.
