I called 3 days before my reservation asking if I can pay in cash when I arrive and the lady told me yes and when I arrived they told me they told me they don’t accept cash , so I went to add the cash onto my card and when I came back they gave my room away and said “there’s no more rooms”. Nobody bothered to help in any other way , I had to call the other location and he found me another hotel right away.

Noise issues started around 3:14 am, ended around 5:00am. location is a bit sketchy. Room was nice and staff friendly

Decent location. Around needed stores. Super dirty property. Shower dirty with soap scum causing the shower to barely work. You could literally clean the shower head to fix that. Tub dirty and stained. Needs to be cleaned or replaced. Furniture dirty. Random hair everywhere. Cleaning staff did not do a good job at all. I honestly don’t think that they tried. There is more but you probably know all of this already.

Our hotel room door was broke and wouldn’t latch unless you pushed extra hard on it. It had a huge gap at the top between the door and the door frame. You could peek inside if you tried or were tall enough. You could also hear any conversation and passerby in the hallway, so obviously people outside could hear us. We asked to switch rooms and were told there was nothing they could do. To solve the problem they offered us a towel to put up on the door lol There was dog/pet hair on the comforters when we walked in and also hair on the countertops/stove. The floor of the room did not look clean either. The two queen beds were on what looked like barracks bunk bed frames. They would slide from just getting on and off the bed. Then on our last day I heard a housekeeper on the radio talking about people doing drugs on the 4th floor and that the whole floor had a really bad smell to it. There’s absolutely no amenities worth a damn. You only get 3 towels per room even if you’re traveling with 4 people. I guess one person isn’t supposed to shower. The WiFi is terrible and if you want WiFi that is even usable you have to pay for it. Hands down just one of the sketchiest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We will never be back.

“Overbooked” and gave away our room due to a “system glitch.” They tried to say they called us, but they did not, nor did they email us. Word to the wise, check in as close to 3pm as possible or they will give your room away and won’t tell you.

The location was good and convenient, which was the main positive of my stay. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the room and service. The room had a strange smell, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom door would get stuck when opening and closing. In addition, it was difficult to get assistance because there was often nobody at the front desk.

Parking was easily accessible, staff helped us quickly, floors could’ve been cleaner.

On top of that, the room had a very strange odor that made the stay uncomfortable. It worked for a quick overnight stay, but in the future I’d rather pay a little more for a cleaner, more comfortable experience with transparent pricing.

Booked a Handicap room for my son. When we checked in, they claimed there was no handicap rooms available. Therefore we were forced to stay in a regular room which made it difficult for my son to used the restroom and could not bath because the tub was too high for him to get in. Also no soaps left in the kitchen or bathroom. Staff no willing to give a discount for the inconvenience.
