This is a wonderful hotel, from good food at breakfast to well maintained pool to comfort in the room, especially if dealing with disability. One suggestion in that regard might be to put in a lower bed to make it easier for the disabled person to climb in. Also to provide a night light for night trips to the bathroom. But overall, a very good experience, and loved having beautiful tall trees nearby!

The Best Western Inn was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms are nicely updated and very clean. My room just happened to be located next to the staircase where people were going up and down. It wasn't noisy, I just happened to be a light sleeper and could hear all the movement. That can be fixed easily next time.

Clean and comfortable rooms at a decent value. Nice staff. My only complaint was that the gym was only open 10 am-10 pm making a morning workout inconvenient.

Early check in was requested but hotel staff wanted to charge for early check in. Most hotels do this as a courtesy.

Nothing Everything. Don't book it its really bad I had booked with a baby and they made me stay out of a window for one hr and ended without a room the staff was overwhelmed and rude...don't try this hotel

This Hotel was a block off the main road that made its location quieter for a good night's sleep. Plenty of parking. Good size room. Near lots of fast-food places to eat.

room was clean the room I reserved was a cost of $157 after taxes I was charged $195 because we checked in 30-minutes early. My wife and I just drove 6-hours and wanted to rest. The front desk person did not mention anything about any extra charges
