A well situated hotel near the train station. The hotel has been modernised which was great. There is no reception when you come to check in. We usually won't stay at a place that doesn't have reception. We would stay here again though because it is in such a great location Not having a reception area

The location train station and the town was perfect. Having a restaurant next door was a big plus for getting a great breakfast.

Staff was so accommodating and went on and above to help us with any issues. They were so prompt and helpful. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would like.

We could walk to a lot of nice places to visit. The office and breakfast were in a different building we had to walk back and forth to.

Breakfast was awesome, with a variety of food, fruits, pastry, eggs, and meats. We had a beautiful view with balcony of the city center, lake, mountains. Room was huge, so plenty of space to spread out. Check in receptionist was kind in staying there for us to arrive (train delays).

Nice stay near the water. Close to the train station and the ferry dock. Very nice breakfast too. I was on the first floor above the cafe on the ground floor. There was a little sound from below, but it really wasn't bad. I would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful view from our balcony and great breakfast. 6 minute walk from train station. 6 minute walk to ferry. All restaurants very close. Everything was good.

Amazing location, very nice and comfortable room. Matteo is the best, super friendly and helpful! Also very good breakfast.

Location, AC, balcony, elevator (only for luggages) Nothing in particular but please beware that there is no elevator for people (common in Italy), also those with multiple big luggages (3+) might find a room to be a bit small.

Everything is great. Keep in mind Lake COMO is quieter during end of October and most business will close down after all Saints day in November. Nothing

Very comfortable hotel, extremely convenient location, clean room, and great staff Other guests slamming doors. That’s is not the fault of thr property , it’s just some people are unaware at times.

Location is closed to the train station and ferry terminal. And closed to sightseeing spots so we could have enough time to visit the beautiful villages around the lake and villa. The staff is nice and helpful. The room is clean.
