Tasteful, interesting design, lots of common areas to relax in, very nice room, and, above all, excellence service. Nothing

Ideal location: accessible to sites but in a quieter section.

Excellent location since you’re close walking distance to everything but not in the heart of all the chaotic streets of San Marco. Two gorgeous views in each direction, with less than a 5 minute walk. Couldn’t think of a better place to start our honeymoon. The staff was an immense help the entire stay. I can’t recommend Ca’ Pisani enough! None

Location was everything for this property. At check-in the staff were amazing and had great suggestions. Great bath amenities too. Well sized room, great hotel overall. For certain reasons (out of our control) we could not check out at the designated 12 PM check out time. The hotel staff was aware about this. This is the first time in the history of any hotel I have stayed in that the electricity in our room auto shut down at 1 PM. Absolutely crazy. Never experienced this before. And this is no hostel level. It is a high-end expensive hotel. Shocking. Ruined the entire experience of the hotel which was great till this moment.

The location is amazing, situated just a 3-minute walk from the famous Accademia (both the museum and the bridge). The breakfast was excellent, and we actually preferred it over going anywhere else. Since having a quiet, spacious room matters much more to us than a window view, this hotel was the perfect choice. In addition, our room was sparking clean. And don't skip the dinner at the hotel's restaurant: in my opinion it definitely deserves a Michelin star. We loved absolutely everything about our stay.

A beautiful hotel located perfectly between the grand canal and the lagoon. It was easy to walk everywhere from here (10 min to St Marks Square, 20 min water taxi to the train station, 35 min shared private water taxi to Accademia stop). The front desk staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was a little pricey but delicious if you like a big breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. No complaints

This hotel is a gem. Our room was very large and had two full bathrooms! Breakfast was very good. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely to walk around. And only minutes walk to sights. 14 min walk to St Marks. They also have a free private boat ride to the glass factory in Murano. From there super easy yo take the public waters to burano. Na

The location was good, and also the service was great The room was quite small, with very limited space to move.
-
great breakfast small room and too much automation
-
Excellent breakfast. Room very nice great location not in the middle of the tourist area but close to restaurants and easy walking everywhere. Vaporetto stop easy to find Confusing light switchs in the room including opening/closing window shades.
-
Location, customer service, beautiful room Could use some towel hooks in bathroom and a modern hairdryer that does not require you to hold the button down to work.

Great staff and great location. We will come back to Ca Pisani!
-
Great location, great staff (very friendly and helpful) and great comfort. Best comfort in the room to sleep well (pitch black, comfortable bed and pillows, no noise$

The hotel was well located and beautifully designed. 1)The bathroom was poorly designed. The shower stall in our room (11)was so tight with a curtain enclosure. Water splashing everywhere rendering the whole bathroom floor wet. 2) the front desk man was not sympathetic and not courteous at all with my sister who couldn’t leave the room because of an accident. Insisted she leave the room to have it cleaned.

The hotel is a great location, perfect central without crowds a tourists at the doorstep. The design is timeless, art deco, and funky, true eye for details and the extremely professional staff have well trained and rehearsed systems in place that ensure great service. Our room had a strange creaking sound that we couldn’t solve, that’s about it.
-
Thay staff was really friendly and helpfull, that was great! The room was made and cleaned beautifully every day! Super! Everything was good! No dislikes!
-
Perfect location in a quieter part of Venice but within walking distance to all of the more populated areas. Wish we would have stayed longer! Our room was so lovely!

The hotel is uniquely decorated. Each floor has a slightly different theme. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.
