Our phones didn't work at first and we could have used more accurate directions to the front door!

Carlotta and Julia were very very kind and hospitable. Julia prepared made to order breakfast everyday ranging from omelette to pancakes and they were the best breakfast ever from hotel stay. Small but incredibly nice hotel with great location away from St. Mark's Square. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time when I am in Venice. Thank you Carlotta and Julia for amazing stay. None

We loved the location off the beaten path. We loved the attentiveness of the freindly staff. We loved the amazing breakfast with such attention to every detail. From the moment we arrived till we left we felt very well taken care of. My favorite stay on our 5 week trip. We especially appreciated the help with all of our transfers that we needed from the train station to the hotel to the pick up point to meet a driver to take us to our cruise ship an hour away. It was so helpful!

Great location with easy access to lots of Venice. Truly wonderful breakfast - way beyond expectations. The staff was very positve and helpful. Nice view but not accessible to us. Good bed though sheets could be more comfortable. A little expensive for what you receive but that may be because it's Venice.

The staff at Suite735 are fabulous, incredibly welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. The location was ideal for us, just 2 minutes from Accademia bridge. It's away the crowds of St Mark's Sq. but still within easy walking distance of all the main sites.

Great location, easy to access, short walk from the Water Bus. It was in a quiet part of town. Wonderful breakfast in an intimate breakfast nook. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy Walk to St marks Square. Nothing negative to say

Suite 735 is a wonderful headquarters to discover Venice. It is not in the epicenter of the city but in 5 minutes from it. The environment is spacious as the canals there are not so narrow. There are nice bars and restaurants just around the corner. The property itself is nice and clean. The bed is super comfy and the breakfast is above expectations. They offered gluten and diary free options as well. Our room faced to the tiny courtyard that was not so fabulous but I didn't pay for the canal view so it did not come as a surprise. The staff is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend Suite735!

Host was very accommodating. We had an early train ride to Florence on our last day and he was kind enough to make us breakfast earlier than normal which meant a lot to us.

Location is nice, unit was pretty cool #505. The lift was not working, and nobody told us and the guy who checked us in was also surprised. Not easy with several bags!! At the last minute we were told that breakfast was not included, not a huge deal but at that pricing it certainly should be. Especially with the lift not working in the unit.

Amazing location, staff and breakfast.

The location was perfect. Far enough away from the crowds that we could wander the romantic city unbothered. But close enough to walk to the city center. The arrival was a bit awkward because it’s sort of a boutique hotel and the staff leaves early. So we checked in across the street at the bigger hotel. The room itself was average. But the highlight was breakfast and the wonderful Italian Nona who makes you an omelette and we communicate in broken Italian. She was awesome.

The property is simple but very clean and accommodating. First time at a bed and breakfast and this place was great!

Spacious suite, good for families. Beautiful decor, beautiful room. Great location, canal view from the balcony. Would absolutely return Kitchen was ample but could be better equipped - toaster, frying pan, water kettle. Staff was quick to get us whatever we needed.

Amazing breakfast! Unforgettable!

Breakfast was good and came with a variety of options with good coffee. Some of the staff were helpful and nice to us. The room was clean and spacious with a view of the canal Some of the staff were somewhat rude. The bed was okay but the pillows were uncomfortable, also the shower was very slippery. Private taxi warning: The private taxi option is definitely a scam. We ended up going with the private taxi because we had to leave early, the taxi meter said 60 Euro when we got to the airport but they wanted to charge us 150 Euro. The hotel did tell us the price would be 150 Euro ahead of time and that they do accept card or cash but after seeing the cost on the meter it definitely seems more like a scam. The taxi driver also insisted that they only do cash which is NOT true. They do have a card reader so do not use the ATM if you decide to go with the private taxi. The taxi driver was also rude from start to end especially when I requested a card reader and could not get money from the ATM

Great location, pretty near to everything, nevertheless quiet. Charming, comfortable and very clean. Delicious breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff, thank you Carlotta! We really enjoyed the stay.

It's a stylish place. Clean, quiet and near some nice bars and restaurants and the Peggy Guggenheim collection. You step outside every morning (after an excellent breakfast) onto a lovely canal view. I loved it!
