The hotel was in a convenient location, relatively quiet, and easy access to the Rialto Bridge and water taxis. The air conditioning barely cooled the room at all. We did go in the middle of the heat wave they were having, so working AC was absolutely necessary.

The staff were amazing. They were kind, answered questions quickly, and helped where they could. The key cards were great. We felt very safe. The location was perfect! Super close to the best gelato place (Suso), St. Mark's, the water ferry, and many other great visits. The restaurant was great! We cancelled reservations at other restaurants to eat at the hotel restaurant again. It was not very clean. Lots of maintenance needed, even taking into account the age of the building.

AC was weak and broke one day in the heat spell. Hotel is rather shabby. Poor selection of food for breakfast.
-
The place had a restaurant with good food and good breakfast was offered and gluten free options were available. The air conditioning was poor and the room was too hot. It was an uncomfortable couple of nights.

It was perfect for my stay in Venice, close to everything and a classic Venetian hotel. I didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked good. The breakfast was disappointing, not bad but very North American motel style which is not what you want when you are in Venice. I only ate there once as a result.

Air conditioner worked great and it was hot! The room was clean, the staff was great. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. It was a little older and the room was a bit dark. The sink leaked but they fixed it and the bathroom had some mold in the caulking.
-
Room seemed a little shabby and small. Air conditioner wasn't strong enough and was noisy.
-
Location is amazing. If you are gluten free, the property has a great kitchen that even has a separate oven for GF pizza, which was amazing. Rooms are very basic. Our queen bed was just two twins pushed together.

Liked the location once we found it. Close to many attractions, just wish the streets/paths had names. Nice historial building.

Location, Staff, and a VERY good (Not traditional Italian ‘Coffee and Croissant) continental breakfast with meats/cheese/cereals/yogurt/pastries/juices and an excellent coffee machine! Room had good aircondtioning and was quite Room was a bit worn but tidy
-
The hotel is a bit run down, especially the bathrooms.
-
The distance working your way back to the terminal for transport can be a journey. Plan properly if anything.
-
Location, nice to have 24/7 lobby help Felt like a tight space and was a bit ran down
-
Great location. Friendly staff. Restaurant on property if needed. Breakfast included. Nothing.
-
Good location. Comfortable. Historic building. Nice breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.
-
Staff - ready to help Breakfast - great. Great options Good Restaurant Bathroom/toilet attached to the single room was too small. Can't even sit properly - knee hitting the wall. Taller people will run into problems.

Location Basically, we arrived, left our suitcases and went on our activities, when arrived back to the hotel, my daughter got ready to go to bed , once she pulled her blanket, we discovered ants under the duvet....shocked and disgusted, I rushed down to the reception...the gentleman said that all he had was a room with a single bed...I explained i can't as a male share a bed with my teenage daughter...but that's all he offered....I had to repack everything, move rooms, go back down to "return " the reception the digital key of the old room, in the "new " room, I found an old apple that was left and never cleaned by the staff...the room was much smaller, the bath was not only tiny to the point the toilet was attached to the wall and an adult couldn't seat down on the "thrown "..shower is in the same space, so once one takes a shower....the whole floor is wet and bathroom can not be used! Than...the room was facing a theater and as crowds came out...it was very noisy till 1AM! We did not sleep the whole night! In the AM, when I asked for the manager, 1st thing he does is literally question me if "we left food in the room cause this is why ants come".....im shocked! No apologies...or "what can be done to remedy the situation."...NEVER ...in all my worldwide travels have I encountered such disrespect and lack of respect....than he starts to argue with me about the bathroom???? He than says he "can put us back in our original room or upgrade to a larger room"....i said that we're definitely not going back to the old room unless properly disinfected, when I asked what is the "upgrade he was offering "....he wanted to charge us for it? Disgusting and unsafe environment! Extreamly poor sanitation and even worst......service!
