Perfect location. Close to everything, quiet, on a canal. We were on the first floor so we only had to lug our suitcases up one floor. Apartment was very spacious. Bathroom great - hot water! Very clean. Coffee was great. We also got complementary wine and water - sparkling and flat. Maurizio met us at the apartment and showed us everything. We were very happy with the space. The bed in the larger bedroom was not comfortable. It’s essentially a large sponge on a bed frame and after many guests it now sags in the middle. Only one mirror in the entire apartment so if someone was in the bathroom while you’re getting ready, you have to wait for the mirror.

Great location- close to Rialto and San Marco. Clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the drinks in the refrigerator- thank you!

Good central location, large rooms and helpful staff. Clean, overall good value. The smell from the canal was unpleasant but nothing that the hotel could do about that. Luckily the rooms were okay. The stair case and basement area did not smell good.

The location is excellent. It’s very close to everything but is also tucked away so it’s pretty quiet. The apartment was pretty spacious which was nice. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful The bathroom was not particularly clean. There are clearly some ventilation issues in the bathroom. There was visible mold around the shower and a couple mosquitos hanging out in the bathroom. We also did not receive many towels. We only stayed two nights but all of our towels were pretty damp by the end of our stay because we had to reuse them so many times

Our stay in Venice was truly enhanced by the wonderful place we stayed at. The location is perfect—very close to the Rialto Bridge and just a 10-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square, yet it’s quiet and peaceful. Easy to reach from the train station as well. The view of the canal from the window is absolutely charming! The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable (we stayed in the two-bedroom unit, ideal for two adults and two children). A special thank you to our host Maurizio—so kind and helpful. We’d love to come back again!

We had an amazing stay at Charming Palace Corte de Teatro! The apartment was large, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location - close to everything but also very quiet with a view of a canal. It was excellent and the hosts were very kind.

The property was spacious, clean, and in a fantastic location - a short walk to the main sites but just a few minutes away from the chaos. The bed was comfortable. The owner was communicative and responsive. The apartment is a split level with the bathroom, kitchen and dining room on the main floor and then a fairly steep staircase upstairs to a living area with a couch and the bedroom. It was also 3 or 4 flights of stairs to get up to the apartment.

The property is in a few At location with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Property listed a sofa bed and toaster however the sofa bed was not in use so one traveller had to spend the first night in the couch before a single bed was provided the following day and there was no toaster. There was a horrible smell from one of the canals which was awful in reception but also meant you couldn’t open the master bedroom window.

Great location , set in a quiet square next to the Malabrin theatre , very quiet and super convenient for visiting all the sites . Maurizio was so helpful , booking is a restaurant and allowing us to drop off bags early . The apartment is spacious ,very clean, modern and comfortable. Nothing
