We were welcomed warmly by the guy running the hotel. Great air-con which was very much needed as it was extremely hot and humid. Clean room. Not very noisy even though it's on a main square. For us it was a great location as close to very touristic parts but far enough away to have a different atmosphere. The room has no storage at all except a few pegs to hang things.

BED BUGS. RUN. The bathroom was dirty and the shower didn't drain. I woke up in the middle of the night covered in welts and bites. The owner did refund us and said that he was going to contact an exterminator. The infestation was significant and seemed like it had been there for a long time. I don't know if this place is now safe to stay at.

La ubicación es buena, el restaurante debajo es clasico de venecia y buen precio y comida. Es un espacio antiguo que a primera vista se ve mas antiguo, pero las habitaciones son bien modernas y confortables. El staff muy simpatico.

Everything was perfect. The location was excellent and strategically situated, making it very easy to reach all other areas. The square was surrounded by many restaurants, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. David was outstanding—very polite, friendly, and always willing to help. His recommendations were extremely valuable and greatly enhanced our stay. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

GREAT location and perfect room for me and my friend studying abroad. The concierge, David was so kind and helpful. The hotel is right above a restaurant and is in a very lovely square full of locals. Only a super short walk from all the sights of Venice! This hotel is already in the heart of it!

I had the misfortune of staying at this property in November. Shortly after arriving my wife and I were woken in the middle of the night by bedbugs. I contacted the property manager and Booking.com immediately to report that the property was not sanitary and impossible to stay there because of the bug infestation. Not only was this experience unpleasant enough, but the worst thing was the reaction of the owner who claimed that we lied and that the pictures we showed him of a bedbug were falsified, lied to me that he would send the refund through Booking.com (which he did not). Then I had to ask him repeatedly to respond to my request for a refund which he also lied that he did not receive after I called and verified through booking.com which contact information they have on file. I tried returning to the hotel to get the refund in person and was lied to again that he is not available and I need to return at a specified hour and when I came back no one (not staff) were present at the property. Throughout this experience the owner would never pick up any of my phone calls, only responding through WhatsApp text. So not only was I exposed to unsanitary conditions at the hotel, but the lies and the time I spent calling with customer support searching for a new hotel, coming back and forth to try to resolve the case are absolutely unforgivable. I believe that the owner of this business is intentionally conducting fraudulent and illegal business practices and have also reported them to the European Consumer Centre. Please do not stay here or any other properties managed by this business. And please think twice about staying in a cheap hotel to save money when it could cost your time and peace of mind.

Location All except the location. The room is extremely small – more like a box than a room. The window cannot be opened, and staying in Room No. 1 is especially unpleasant as it is located right next to a storage area. I honestly would not recommend it. Truly disappointing.

Very nice cozy place in center city was cheap and I would come again ! Nice space in the rooms with a hot shower !

There is no person there at all times

Location. Easy to find and access. I have been around 10 times in Venice. It is the worse quality for the price. Totally overpriced. Cheap sheets. No stuff around or front desk. I had to call to someone. Looks like someone is trying to make money out of the old building.
