Small, intimate B&B. Too many stairs

Everything at the hotel/B&B was wonderful. Location was very convenient to the water taxi and water bus and the area has lots of restaurants and stores and also near some great museums. The hotel is in a historic building and the charm & character and retained but the interior is nice and modern. Great beds and lovely bathroom with spacious room. The AC worked great. The host Lara was truly amazing. It was raining really hard when we left and Lara walked us to the boat with an umbrella. She walked back to hotel and brought us towels to dry off. This was just above and beyond anything we ever experienced when traveling. Also the breakfast was delicious!! Nothing

Clean, quaint, convenient. Attentive staff and gorgeous daily breakfast!

The location is great - just the right distance from the Parking / Train station and also the inner city center. The accommodation was 5 start level, high quality, very friendly, great breakfast and the restaurant that belongs to the Unit is also with great kitchen and brilliant service.

The two flights of stairs were an unexpected problem. The breakfasts could have been better.
-
A couple of flights of fairly steep stairs to enter

Clean, comfortable, and pleasant interaction with host. Host was waiting on our arrival and took care of water taxi for departure. Room was quiet. Didn't bother us but there's a few stairs to get to the room.

We loved the bed, the room (great air conditioning), the location was excellent for us. The breakfast was amazing. Nothing

Location and how helpful Lara was before and during our visit! Nothing

This property more than met our expectations. The room was wonderful, the breakfast buffets and snacks were really great and varied. The property was quiet and it included a lovely communal deck and dining area. But what really made our stay so terrific was the amazing service provided by Lara who spoke English very well. Lara went well beyond anything we normally experience. She sent us detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel from the airport (with pictures!). She arranged for the water taxis to pick us up and take us to the appropriate stops. She even met us where the water taxi initially dropped us off so that she could lead us to the property. She then showed us our room and provided us with a thoughtful layout of Venice's multi attractions. We had to leave early for our plane and Lara provided us with a nice takeaway breakfast bag.

Absolutely everything was amazing. Lara the hostess was extremely helpful, onsite if we need anything, showed us how to use everything and the staff in the restaurant were lovely. The breakfast was almost too much food and delicious. The room was very clean, great amenities and smelled so good. The location if perfect, central to many sites. We had an amazing stay. I saw reviews about the stairs but the restaurant staff took our luggage to the room and really, if you can’t use steps don’t go to Venice, all the bridges have steps. Stunning apartment, amazing staff, just so glad we stayed here. I travel for work and up to 125 nights a year in my last job, probably best accommodations I’ve ever stayed in!! Everything was exceptional!

Where do I start. From the beginning, Lara was so very helpful and proactive. Any questions I had before and after I made our booking she answered and was always so gracious & patient. Our room was fantastic, comfortable bed, heated floors, hot tub for two, our room #203 felt more like our own apartment with the extra room to store suitcases. Claudia and Lara provided us with a wonderful breakfast every morning with lovely jazz playing, a dining area that always offered snacks, pastries, coffees, teas, crackers, etc. Any questions and assistance with bookings of water taxis, restaurant recommendations, the list goes on and on. I was interested in Casin Dei Nobili mainly based on the fact that we do not speak Italian and the reviews of how wonderful & helpful the staff is why I booked it. Lara and staff did not disappoint. The neighborhood of this B&B was wonderful and a nice get away from all the tourist areas. We found in this neighborhood the best gelato, cafe latte and some of the best restaurants! This neighborhood of Dorsoduro is a 3 min walk to a supermarket, a 6 minute walk to the Bridge of Academia, a 30min walk to Fondamente Nove to take the water bus to Burano/Murano, a 2 minute walk to The Peggy Guggenheim Museum and St. Marks Square about 20mins. They also have their own Family restaurant that was wonderful. This is a family run business that is one of the best places we have stayed at. This is a B&B with a Five Star hotel experience. Their attention to detail is fantastic. Thank you Lara, Claudia and staff! There is nothing to mention, just an awareness that there are 2 flights of stairs to your room, but Lara had her staff assisted us with our luggage.

Casin dei Nobili is a hidden gem. My husband and I traveled throughout Italy and we stayed at 6 different spots. Out of all 6 stays we experienced in Italy, this was our favorite breakfast. You grab what you want from the buffet, but the staff waits on you with additional daily menu options, including coffee of choice and fresh fruit every day. It was unforgettable. We also loved the location, it is away from the really busy areas, and my husband and I were surprised walking around at night was very quiet in this area. The room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was beautiful.

Bf was excellent with a wide selection of superb choices every day.

Wonderful place and the host Lara is exceptional! She reviewed Venice and what to do and also helped us with water taxis on last day and breakfast to go since we were leaving early. Room was nice. Clean and very nice amenities. Location is quite. Breakfast was wonderful. Easy walk to water bus (2 minutes) and 10 minutes to Academy Bridge. Casin Dei Nobili is small only 3 or 4 rooms so if you want a quit place and a intimate feel this is the pace to go. Great place to stay and enjoy the beauty of Venice. All good!
-
Everything! Lara greeted us immediately as we walked up. (Be sure to go to the restaurant and she will take you to the bnb behind/above it.) there was no noise whatsoever from outside or the restaurant. The breakfast spoiled us for our entire Italy trip. We would absolutely stay here again. Stop looking and just book it! We never figured out how to get the spa in our room to heat the water and it wouldn’t fill up completely with hot water before it ran out. So we sadly didn’t get to use it.

Very charming little Bnb in the heart of Venice. We loved it and the staff was very friendly and accommodating Nothing honestly.

Casin dei Nobili is a gem! Beautiful, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was superb and the staff is welcoming and exceptional. Lara is a wonderful host. She went out of her way to make sure that we had all that we needed to be comfortable. Oh and did I mention the on site restaurant? It was very good. I fully recommend Casin dei Nobili for anyone who wants to stay in a laid back part of Venice.
