Albergo San Marco

I got charged for a child even though I booked for a child. It was totally ridiculous and it was because I asked for sheets on the pull out bed. Friends that also traveled with a child did not get charged because they learned to not ask for sheets.

Central location, easy to get to from water taxi, friendly staff, room was comfortable and clean. The balcony window opened up to a canal and was so pretty. Nothing to report

The room was comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast was excellent. The location is very convent to attractions, and transportation. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. I strongly recommend this hotel. Not Applicable

Perfectly located next to San Marco square. It was about a 7 minute walk from water taxis and 10 to 15 mins to Rialto Bridge. If you set up a porter in advance, for 6 suitcases for our group it was 50 Euro. Gondola taxi also next door. Breakfast was average but had plenty of selection. There is a self serve coffee machine. Boat taxi for 4 plus suitcases was 180 Euro. I stayed on the 5th floor and elevators only go the 4th floor. To carry our 50 pound suitcases we had to go down stairs then back up the stairs to the 5th floor. I know as Americans we pack too much and they did have a very nice guy who would carry them all they way up and down .

Great location and very spacious room . Really the photos s don’t do it justice! I also loved the fact that they had an elevator. I didn’t love how I was initially greeted it felt rude almost like I was a criminal maybe a cultural thing

Convenient, right in the middle of the action in Venice. Easy walking to sites, dining and drinks. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, well-maintained property and rooms. Fine breakfast (selection and quality) , convenient scheduling for private shuttle to airport. No negative comment, would recommend to family and friends.

The staff was awesome. They helped us arrange portage and water taxis. I liked everything about this hotel.

Great location and super comfortable bed!

This hotel and the staff were amazing. The room was beautiful and spotless and the temperature was perfect. The location was fabulous right in the heart of everything and breakfast was even included. The elevator was very appreciated! Will definitely be back as the front desk staff were cheerful, fun and so helpful. Great group of people! Everything was beyond fabulous!

The location was awesome. Maybe 100 steps from San Marco square. Central to all the top sites. Easy walking to Rialto bridge. The breakfast was top shelf and the staff was very accommodating. Really can't think of anything.
