Everything and the most I like a brilliant women but unfortunately I forgot her name I didn’t have any issues I enjoyed a lot

The room had everything we needed and the location was near the train station and sites. The breakfast was really good and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. This B&B did not have early or late reception assistance, but the staff were still very helpful and understanding.

Location was nice Check out at 10, breakfast selection is bad and no shoes in the hotel even tho the floors are cold af

Alessio greeted us upon arrival. Let us check in our bags early so we could go for lunch and explore Venice. Thank you! Sergio and Marsela, proprietors, made us feel like family. Worked hard with a nice variety of breakfast items each morning. Thank you! We were in room “A” on the first floor, which was on the backside of the property and quiet to sleep. The bed was comfortable. I liked the pillows as they’re not big and I prefer a smaller flatter pillow. The room, bathroom and kitchen area very clean. This is a simple, yet very well taken care of property. If you’re looking for luxury, than this is not the place for you. Access to our bathroom was through the staff laundry room, yet private so no other guest used it. Room is small yet comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location was great and made it easy to explore Venice on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall a nice place to stay for a short trip to Venice.

The location was excellent. The room was acceptable. The staff were really nice and friendly. I recommend a toaster or warmer at breakfast as the bread was cold and the boiled egg was cold. The breakfast was mostly sweet options.

Great location in the heart of northwest Venice. Comfortable room, lots of restaurants, a grocery store and other businesses near by.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is perfect, located in a quiet area of Venice and close to everything. All in all it is good value for the money that you pay. There were only two downsides, the first one being that the room wasn't soundproof at all. You could hear everything going on in the hallway loud and clear, which was inconvenient since our room was next to the breakfast room. The other downside was the fan in the bathroom, that turned on and off automatically. It was annoying when we were trying to sleep.

Everyone at the lodging worked hard to make all the guests feel welcome, particularly the lady who served breakfast. She was genuinely kind and concerned. She wanted everyone to be able to have a good breakfast, and there was a very good choice of cheese, cold meats, bread, jam etc. It's in a part of Venice which still feels authentic, with local restaurants and a community feel. It's also within convenient walking distance of the railway. The bathroom was pretty small! However, everything worked well and there was enough room to take a shower.

Close to the bus and train station, however this meant a bit more of a walk to get to the main attractions and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. Room felt a little cramped, but I guess this is understandable in Venice with all apparentments being very small.

We enjoyed the location. So much better to stay on the island of Venice rather than commuting. The breakfast was very nice served by an outstanding lady. The noise from the apartment above us kept us awake. The bathroom was very small.

In a good locations and owners are friendly and welcoming. Rooms had everything we needed and they served a great breakfast in the morning.

Loved the location, away from the very busy places but close enough to walk everywhere. The lady who served breakfast, was lovely and always happy to help. The room was very clean and big.
