I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. During the night, my son discovered what appeared to be bed bugs in my room and woke up with multiple itchy bites. This made my stay extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the room. I chose your hotel expecting a safe and comfortable experience, but this issue significantly affected my stay. I request that this matter be investigated immediately and that appropriate action be taken to prevent future guests from experiencing the same problem. Attached below are the pictures and video of the bed bug. Given the inconvenience and distress caused, I would also appreciate appropriate compensation or a refund for the affected stay. Proximity to San Marco square. Customer service was poor. Staff was unhelpful. Volume was unbearable (could not sleep). Lack of food options for breakfast. No door stoppers. Roof of rooms was decaying.

Location Pillows are hard as a rock, and very uncomfortable. Also wish our double room was us sleeping on an actual bed rather than a cot.

Fantastic location. Rooms are decorated tastefully. A fridge was in the room to keep our water cold. Staff was helpful. Long trek up and down strange corridors to get to our room, but it is understandable given the premium space.

Room furniture The tempereture in the room was very low and it is not possible to regulate it. We had to sleep with many blankets and in the jackets. In the morning the shower and toilet were broken we could not use it. The stuff didn't do anything before our checkout. The breakfast was poor: only croisant, sasusage and cheese.
