The room was comfy and cozy. The B&B was i prime location of places to eat and drink and near St Marks square and other main sights. Clara the ownerr is amazing. She came to get us from boat stop to show us to the b&b and told us sooooo many tips and suggestions. Breakfast was delicios with FRESH crossants and she makes a great cappuccino plus yoghut and fresh bread, jam and cereal. A MUST stay in Venice. That we couldnt sta6y longer:)

En segundo lugar, destacar la buena ubicación del alojamiento: la habitación y el baño muy limpios y dispone de minibar, de hervidor de infusiones y de secador. Nos encantó el desayuno : muy completo y muy rico. Los capuchinos perfectos. Lo peor, sin dudarlo es la falta de ascensor , ya que es una tercera planta , pero eso ya lo sabíamos porque estaba en la descripción del alojamiento. Volveríamos sin dudarlo y se lo recomendaremos a nuestros familiares y amigos

Das B&B ist sehr schön; Clara, die Besitzerin, ist sehr nett und hat uns an der Vaporetto-Haltestelle abgeholt, um uns zur Unterkunft zu begleiten. Die Lage ist perfekt, im Herzen von Venedig, um alle schönsten Orte Venedigs zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstück mit frisch gebackenen Brötchen und Croissants.

Clara the owner was very helpful. She met me at the water bus stop to show me the way to the accommodation. The room was quiet and clean. Location was 15-30 minutes from main attractions. Highley recommended staying there.1
