B&B La Bragadina

The only thing you don't have, when your stay is in a Hotel, is a personalized service. Here you have it. Alessandro and Laura are exceptionally kind and helpful people. Just pick up the phone, and you got what you need. You feel like been at home. Located in Lido, a beatiful Island 10 minutes from Venice, Burano and Murano. Transportation to and from any place, including the airport, is cheap and fast. Easy to get any boat. The room is exceptional, very espacious and clean. Antique style, I love it. Breakfast is superb. The only thing it didn't like was "The stay was too short". I wish it had been longer.

Amazing value for money, 2-3 minutes away from the main Lido vaporetto/bus station, slept great, superb breakfast and great advice from Alessandro regarding what other islands to visit. Will definately come back! Grazie mille! All was perfect!

Cozy place, great hospitable hosts and good location in Lido with easy connection to Venice by vaporetto. Staying in Lido works well if one doesn’t want to stay in main Venice that is quite full with tourists. Beach was nice addition too!

I'm so pleased I decided to stay on Lido rather than in Venice city. Having a water taxi ticket covering the length of your stay is essential to enable you to get to Venice & the other islands. La Bragadina is perfectly positioned just off the main street on a pedestrian walkway, but still near to bars & restaurants. There are tea & coffee facilities available and the use of a fridge for water & milk etc. It is spotlessly clean, and it has a lovely laid back vibe. Alessandro and Laura are wonderful hosts, and of course there's also lovely Bella their very friendly dog. Nothing

Wonderful location and very hospitable hosts. A bonus to have bikes to use at any time of day. The balcony too was an unexpected treat. Good also to have use of the fridge for storing cold drinks. Infinitely better value than most of the hotels! We will be back. Nothing… although maybe buy some outside chairs for the balcony because we used the indoor ones and felt guilty!!

We stayed for 4 nights in La Bragadina which is located down a quiet laneway just off a lively square with lots of restaurants and shops yet is within walking distance to the beach. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and air conditioned. Alessandro and his family made us very welcome and provided a delicious breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

The location on LIDO was close to the ferry boat terminal. It was quiet. Deviation between the pictures and reality. with the breakfast: No / reduced personal contact to staff. Everything was prepared / pre-packed and based on self service. No individuals (e.g. like choices of eggs, ...)

Breakfast was amazing and room was always very very clean. Great location and easily able to get in and out at night. Bella the dog also a lovely addition. Just needed a thicker pillow but not really an issue for a couple of days

We spent 3 nights beginning of November. Everything was organized perfectly, arrival, stay, departure. The place was extremely quiet (seems to be important for German travellers :-), clean, and nice. Breakfast was wonderful, egg, tomatoes, cheese, ham, fruit, croissant, coffee, tea, orange juice, yoghurt, bread ... Alessandro and Lauro were molto gentili ! and the little quiet dog "Bella" The location has 3 rooms, all were booked by friendly and nice visitors. First choice when visiting Venezia. Will come back again for sure Oh, yes, and the bicycles, they offer them for free. We went down all the Lido and found many spots away from the main streams. niente

The location was perfect, close to bars, shops, restaurants and the ferry. Alessandro and his wife were warm and welcoming. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good with a large choice. Would highly recommend a stay here.
